You only get at a quick glance at the damadge report at the desk, so not possible to compare it when getting the car. They now claim us to pay for a damadge we did not cause.
There is a woman in the office named Kawthar. She was very nice and made the procedures easy.
This is simply a nice and easy car rental company. The efficiency of the staff was good. The cleanliness was great. The accessibility was excellent. The safety was good. The convenience of it being near where we're staying made the service a whole lot easier. Overall, a lovely and easy car rental company!
We booked and paid for car in advance and upon arrival SIXT WAS NOT ABLE to generate an agreement for some unknown reason and PROVIDE US A CAR!!! Only on Monday they will be able to provide the reason! Unreliable rent a car company:sall plans were spoiled. terrible and unreliable service!
Be extremely careful with that company! On returning the car sixt manager said me that car check is not necessary. But next day they send the claim for a damaged element (which defenately wasn't done by me) of 180 euro. On my request to provide at least photo of the broken element (so I could compare with the video I made on taking the car) - they didn't reply. Better choose an other rental company!
The agent was extremely helpful with the process and choices, suggested some changes on the reservation, considering the kind of group we were, and thoroughly explained the car features and details in order to make it easier. Car was in perfect state, brand new (only 3500km), and performed perfectly. Will certainly use this company and specially this office for our next rental.
Totally scammers. When something is cheap there is always a reason. They attend you smiling, they offer a better car than the one you reserved at the same price, everything seems ok. Then, one week after you return the car, when is almost impossible for you to defend, they charge you 900 Euros to repair something you did not damage. I rented many cars worldwide with Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, Europcar, Alamo... this is the firs time I had such an issue. And give a look to the other reviews too... Don't trust them, there are many rental companies in the city, look elsewhere
Fantastic experience, a friendly smiling face and 100% professional service. An incredible low price for a 1-day rental, upgraded to a much better car for almost nothing extra. Keys handed over to me in less than 5 minutes at the Diagonal Hilton branch! Other car rental companies have been put to shame - I'll always return back to Sixt following their awesome and super fast service.
