I always have very good experiences here. Since I discovered the Online CheckIn that allows me to pass any waiting lines I feel like I would be somewhat important. Last time they already loaded my profile on the screen and greeted my with my name while I passed the line and held the keys saying "Hello Mr. Raabe, nice to see you again. We already prepared your car for you. It is right here the first one there." - And I say the staff knew exactly what amazing feeling they caused. I wished I could park my own car there and get this every morning.

My recent experience with Sixt at Barcelona Sants was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. It felt like they couldn't care less about customer service. The car I was given was in poor condition--dirty, with an unpleasant odor inside, and visible scratches and dents on the exterior. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were dismissive and did nothing to address the issues. To top it all off, I was hit with unexpected fees, and trying to resolve this with customer service was a frustrating and time-consuming process. The lack of transparency and respect for customers is shocking. Do yourself a favor and choose another car rental company. Sixt Barcelona Sants is not worth the hassle.

After experiencing a major issue with Europecar Sixt saved us with nothing but solutions! Our agent at the desk was VERY helpful, friendly and professional. I recommend sixth Again after 3 months I rented car from Barcelona Sants station I decided to pay more. I got upgraded by my choice BMW Series 5 brand new. Sixt, rental agency located at the Barcelona Sants rail station. Staff are very polite and professional. They speak many languages. I recommend to do the reservation online as you will always have a cheaper price than directly in store. We were served by Kelly/Keli, a dedicated professional employee that take care of us from the arrival to the agency to accompanied us to our car and explained all the process. Cheers to her. We need more people like you. Overall, Sixt is always known for great services - quality of cars.

I went there with my girlfriend needing a car last minute. And we were greated by David, he and his colleagues, were very helpful with this and they were very nice and helpful. I higly recommend getting a car from them. The car was new only had alittle over 1800 km and it was very well cleaned. Speed of the service was exceptional and david talked to us gave us some tips for the car and made sure all of our needs were met despite the short notice. Everything went smooth and nice. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with this Sixt location. I had originally booked a compact SUV but when I got there, the car that was going to be given to us was a Peugot Rifter which is more like a small van and I found it to be bigger than what we needed/wanted. David was very accomodating and managed to upgrade us at no extra cost to a hybrid compact SUV which was very much appreciated. Little note, the entrance to get to Sixt is not obvious at all. It is not where google maps suggests (that is the entrance for when returning the car) but if you arrive on foot like we did, you need to take the elevator on the outside of the McDonalds at the train station.

I rented a car with Sixt and had no problems. The car I had booked was not available and they provided me with a free car upgrade. I left Barcelona and went to Austria, then returned to Barcelona. I spent 8 days with the car and it was very comfortable. The service from the team was very professional and hassle-free. I recommend it to everyone!

Robbery! I booked 06/09 for a rental in Barcelona. I paid! 395.90 In full. My credit card expired on 30/09. What happens to all the credit cards in the world every four years I collected the vehicle on October 10, and they took my new card, saying that as it was a new one I had to pay everything, i.e. 695.90 including the deposit of 300!!! It s scandalous . They think Im rich or something for paying twice! And charge me the deposit! It s normally a print!
