Be Very Careful with this location of SIXT. When I returned my car they tried to say I had made damage on it. Thankfully I had taken a full high quality video of the entire car when picking up and dropping off. Make sure to use 2 phones to video date and time of pick up. They didn't even apologize after proving them in error. Caveat Emptor

Second time renting from SIXT in Barcelona and I'll never use another car rental! My agent Jonathan was fantastic and he made the process super easy! He also spoke perfect English (which was a plus because my Spanish isn't very strong). Dropping off the car was also painless and another agent happily helped me check out. Thank you SIXT! :)

I rented a car to drive from downtown Barcelona to Montserrat. Because I did all the reservation online I was simply a few minutes in the store to sign off, collect keys, and get the car. The staff were very friendly. It's an easy location to get to. It also has very easy drop off. You just park the car in the garage and drop the keys into their collection box.

Easy pick up at the station and was clearly instructed about their parking lot (Central Parking Barcelona) which is a block away. Got an upgrade from reserved M-Benz C class to Audi Q5 for being a platinum member. Even though we waited 20 minutes in the garage for the car shipped from another station, the lady in the garage was nice enough to help me file a complaint and Sixt gave me a $20 discount from the invoice not just saying. The Audi Q5 was nice and return was easy. Just be mindful of the entrance on the other side (C. de Valencia, 70) if you return after operation hours.

Dont rent a car here! Me and my friend had not taken out insurance. The The next day we received an email that we had damaged several points while this was impossible (e.g. the tailgate while we had not even used it). Unfortunately, we did not take any photos when we returned the car. They didnt tell us to do this either. If they see the opportunity to scam you they will do so, so beware! Dirty scammers.

I rented an Audi Q7 through Sixt because they are (almost) the only ones that offer a ski rack rental service. When I picked up the car at the Sixt Eixample agency, they had not installed the ski racks and the person who gave me the car told me that he didnt know how to do it but that it was easy, and the truth is, since I have magnetic ski racks, I said I would do it at home. When placing the ski racks at home I realized that it was impossible since the roof of the Audi was made of glass! I didnt have time to go back to the agency so we had no choice but to leave the 2 pairs of skis at home (with 5 in the car with suitcases, there was no room inside the car). In addition to the inconvenience of not taking our skis, we had to rent them at the destination. 10 days ago I sent an email to the company to explain the facts and they still have not responded. A lack of professionalism and a real shame given the price of the rental.

Cuando recogi el coche en la agencia Sixt Eixample, no habian colocado los portaesquis y la persona que me entrego el coche me comento que no sabia hacerlo pero que era facil, y la verdad siendo portaesquis imantados dije que lo haria en casa. Al colocar los portaesquis en casa me di cuenta que era imposible ya que el techo del Audi era de cristal! No me daba tiempo de volver a la agencia asi que no tuvimos mas remedio que dejar las 2 pares de esquis en casa (siendo 5 en el coche con maletas no habia sitio dentro del coche). Ademas del inconveniente de no llevarnos nuestros esquis tuvimos que alquilarlos en destino. Hace 10 dias envie un mail a la compania para explicar los hechos y todavia no me han respondido. Un falta de profesionalidad y una verdadera verguenza dado el precio del alquiler.
