Have very good offers and have a lot of modern Cars with a lot of comfort! They're very friendly and provide good customer services!
I rented a car for less than a day and I left my wallet inside the car. The wallet was returned but without any of the cash! They robbed me and I called and they were totally unhelpful and hung up the phone in my face. Still in the process of finding a solution but they did not care nor provide any information on who might have been responsible!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!

Contrary to most reviews that I read on this subject and also contrary to my own experience as a Gold customer, this time it seems I'm being ripped off. I rented a car on 7th Sept for just the day and picked up at 1030 am and returned the car at 0930 pm. I signed up for one amount and the invoice I'm now being sent is an absurdly high amount for no valid reason. Small items more like fine print is nothing but a total rip off. I'm hoping that you (SIXT) treat client fairly.
I would come here again and again. The experience to pick up the car was amazing. Luis was fantastic and very friendly and helped to quickly get us prepared for our road trip with recommendations and tips. He is great and made the whole experience great.
Luis, the agent, was incredibly professional and pleasant. He provided detailed explanations and recommended places for us to visit. Thank you--it was my first time renting in Barcelona, and thanks to this experience, it certainly won't be my last.
Good, efficient service for my 9am pick up, including a free upgrade. Car park is underground and relatively easy to get out of. Was a little dark in car park for inspecting car so I drove out and then stopped on a nearby street to check - found a couple extra marks and emailed photos to Sixt, who emailed back to confirm accepted/added to their list.
The staff were very nice and helpful. They explained everything we needed for the trip. The car we got was brand new and very fuel efficient. Very happy with our experience with Sixt Barcelona Passieg de Garcia
