We received great service from Bogdan. He was super friendly and helpful. Price was fair and location great. Return instructions could be clearer. We had an issue with the car and they took care of our complaint immediately. I would recommend renting from them.

Nice Sixt agency located in Francesc Macia. The staff is very friendly and professional I was served by Daniela which is extremely professional. She provided me all the necessary information and detail about my rental. The process was smooth and easy. You have the possibility to do an upgrade (upsell) on the car category if available. The cars are stored in the Turo Park parking and it is very easy accessible at any time. The drop off can be 24 hours around the clock The car was in good condition, it was an Audi Q2 Thank you Sixt and thank you Daniela for your service
We had a very good experience with this agency. Clear explanations from the beginning to the end of the car rental. The employees were all very nice to us and it was really quick to take and give back the car. The best car renting experience I have in Barcelona so far.
Very easy and fairly quick in and out. Directions were easy to walk to. We enjoyed having a car for a day trip to Girona and Costa Brava. Car was clean, in good repair. No problems!
**** BE CAREFUL*** DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE .... If I could give 0 stars, I totally would. We rented a vehicle over a month ago. We ordered a car seat that took almost an hour to be delivered and it took us over an hour to install it, the customer service agent just looked at us trying to figure it out the whole time. Some security cords from the seat were even cut off -why would you such a thing? We were advised that we didn't have to worry about the current damages because everything was already filed in their system. We also purchased insurance that would cover for any damage to the outside of the vehicle, including damages to the tires. After we returned home, we received an email advising about damages being attributed to us. Luckily I had taken a picture and proved that it was already there (pictures had date and time). I didn't that it would have been necessary to take photos of the ENTIRE CAR in and out to prevent future claims against us. There were other damages that unfortunately we did not notice before driving away at the moment of the pick up date as the parking lot was dark. Now over a month ago, we are receiving another email with photos of other damages that WERE NEVER mentioned before, and that we also weren't caused by ourselves. There is no proof of time and date of when these photos were taken. They are just advising my husband's card is going to be charged, without our consent of course and for damages that we didn't cause.
