Scammy ass business with scammy business practices. One of the only bad experiences we had in Barcelona! On the app it was about 70EUR per day, in person the employee tried to sell us the most unreasonable things and added stuff which we could not reject and made it way more than just 70EUR in the end. Lots of hidden fees which were intransparent and tourist unfriendly. We didn't have much time to begin with so we tried to get through the whole process as fast as possible. We only wanted to rent a car so we could get to our destination swiftly. Ultimately, getting to the car alone took longer than just taking the bus. In the end we paid more than double of the price we expected to pay. Never again and wouldn't recommend Sixt to anyone if you're looking to rent a car!

Liars and cheats!!! Be carefull when renting from them. When I returned rented vehicle, they charged me for the reparation of damages, which were already existing while I rented the car! Only thing that "saved" me, were my pictures that I made before I drove off... That was the only way I could show them that the damages were already existing and that I didnt do anything... PS. I am still owed the money they have taken and it passed 3 months... bunch of idiots!
DO NOT USE SIXT! This place is scamming me out of hundreds of dollars! I used the car for one day to go to Costa Brava, they have charged me $300 in extra fees that were never explained. Now weeks after they told me that I have a "speeding ticket" and they charged me 50 euros just to tell me ... they also pulled all of this money out without any previous warning ! Do Not Use This Company ! Communication is poor and it's a company set on squeezing every penny out of you.
SCAMMERS. We rented a car for a day and returned it. Once back to our hotel, we received an email saying we had caused new damages to the car. Thankfully, we had taken pictures of the car before driving it to show them that the damage was already there. They voided the charges. DON'T GO HERE. IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION, TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING THEIR OFFICE.
TERRIBLE. Upon returning the car, all was settled. However, a day later I received an invoice for fraudulent additional charges that were not discussed or reported to me. They charged me two additional drivers when I was the only person who drove the car. They charged me for refueling even though I had filled up the car right before returning the car, less than 5km away. They charged me for two gps that I did requested NOR HAVE. And there is a diesel engine charge that was never even mentioned upon renting. I tried to call the company to dispute the charges only to get hung up on everytime I'm able to reach a person. Will NEVER rent from any Sixt again because of this one.
Great quality cars, always 5* service here. When I brought it in, they showed me that the fuel was one bar down, so I filled it and saved a EUR50 fine! Pricing was great and got a car for 3 days at just under EUR60.
Very happy with the experience. I rented a car from Sixt yesterday for a day and I've been very happy with the car and the customer service. It took only a couple of minutes to give them my information and receive the car. The car was in excellent condition with no scratches, dents or any issues. Dropping off the car was very easy as well.
