Pick up - fast and easy. Car was clean, but interior had so intense smell of cigarettes and smoke. But the drop off was not that good, I have been waiting with 20 people about 20 minutes for workers to smoke outside. Some people asked them to come back and work but they refused and told they are on a smoke break. The deposit was returned the next day. Car had some damage.

Fair and reasonable. Picked up at Barcelona T1 and the same lovely lady checked the car out and inspected on return. The car was a bit damaged on collection which I was a bit concerned about but they were fine at drop off as I had photos. Would definitely use again.

Used the service in Malaga back in July 2024. First got given a 4 seater when rented a 5 seater. Then got given a fiat panda which was a category below what we rented. After leaving we realized the side mirror had been screwed into place, meaning it had been broken and not fixed correctly. This was so unsafe as we couldn't move the wing mirror and see anything. Went back and got a different car, all was well until right before we got to the destination the hazard light on dashboard went off. After further inspection we discovered there was no engine oil, below the minimum brake fluid and engine coolant which was dangerous. Tried to contact customer service but unable to talk to anyone over the phone and kept being directed to the website. Took over two weeks after giving the car back to even get a response. After this they took over 2 months to respond which is ridiculous. Despite many attempts to contact customer service little further information has been given and extremely slow response time. Heard back from them last week but no help, since then still nothing. Do not recommend they give unsafe cars and the customer service is terrible and takes unnecessarily long to even get a response.

The car pickup and the vehicle itself were fine. Problems unexpectedly arose during the return. The staff member barely glanced at the car from above but immediately went under the front bumper and found a small scuff there. It seemed like he already knew about it. We photographed the car from all sides during pickup, but this area wasn't captured because you'd need to place the camera on the ground to take that shot. I'm sure the damage was there before our rental, and it seems like the staff are likely making money this way. Be careful--it's better to choose another company.

Do not use, please use alternatives. I am a regular traveler and care hire experience has never been this bad, queued for over an hour for them to overcharge me a fuel deposit and take the excess. Then to receive a car that didn't have a working key, wait even longer then receive a car not even similar to my original booking. Returned car in great condition fuel filled. This was overlooked in the airport and no issue, was told fuel will be refunded today and deposit release in a few weeks. Next morning I find they charged me the entirety of the fuel deposit!!! They are non responsive to emails etc, I have low hope of receiving this back. They will fraud you out your money. Please use an alternative company as I have never experienced this elsewhere. This is with evidence of fuelling etc

I like RecordGo. We had a nice little Toyota in Mallorca. But here... Do not accept a DR4! It looks good but it's not a car, it's a PoS. It's dangerous and slow. Check the reviews of << DR Auto >> on Trustpilot. They are invading Italy and Spain car rental. It's a Chinese make and sub standard with no power and very dangerous above 100km/h. The poor guy at the counter tried to warn me that I could take a different make that was not ready or cleaned. I should have listened to him!

Used their service in Barcelona, Spain. Was given a Citroen C3, very comfortable, very fast and no issues what so ever. Super friendly staff. I forgot my wallet inside and they called me back to go for it. Was one of the cheapest bills I paid with one of the highest great service I received. Highly recommended!

On the counter they wanted to sell me an overprices insurance, but i allready got one via booking. So i refused. The car (Ford KUGA) was allready full of dents and scratches as we got the car. Also one tire has almost no air pressure. I tried to take photos of the most prominent damages. But this is impossible in a dark garage. After return of the car the guy on the return counter immedeatly "found" a damage we did not get on camera. They sent me an invoice over EUR 585 for the repairs. The invoice date is only 4 days after return of the car. They never had it for repair i guess. They only scam people and insurance companies. Be careful with this company. Better take a 4k video all around the vehicle outdoors for safety.

Picking up the car was a bit bumpy. Unfortunately our car wasnt ready and after we were told three times that the car would be ready in 10 minutes, we got another one after 40 minutes. A bit annoying, but it can happen. The car itself was reasonable and the price including premium protection was good. Dropping off was also easy and the employee said goodbye to us with everything perfect . Unfortunately, nothing was really perfect . I was only refunded 50% of my fuel deposit, even though I returned it with a full tank. There was no response to either the contact form or my email. Very unfortunate.

I mentioned it when delivering the Car so they wouldnt give it to another client and they didnt pay much attention to me. I hope it hasnt happened to another client. Coincidentally, when taking a car with limited mileage, the difference in kilometers, by mistake, was 1000 kilometers. As a frequent user of rental cars, I usually take a photo of the mileage when leaving the car, I was able to make the claim and they refunded the amount (300 or so euros for the difference in mileage) quite quickly. I dont know what would have happened if I didnt get to take that photo. In short, I recommended this company, especially at the Barcelona airport, to everyone I knew, I had never had any problems. Casualmente al coger un coche con kilometraje limitado , la diferencia de kilometros , por error , fue de 1000 kilometros . Como usuario frecuente de coches de alquiler , suelo hacer foto al cuanta- kilometros al dejar el coche, pude hacer la reclamacion y me devolvieron el importe ( 300 y pico euros por la diferencia de kilometraje ) bastante rapido . No se que hubiese ocurrido sino llego a hacer esa foto . En definitiva , recomendaba esta empresa, sobre todo en el aeropuerto de barcelona, a todos mis conocidos , nunca habia tenido ningun problema. Pero en los tres ultimos alquileres he tenido esto que comento. La proxima vez creo que seguire alquilando con ellos , espero que todo vuelva a como estaba.

Editado a posteriori: La respuesta dada aqui, es claramente insuficiente, pues claramente reseno que mi tarifa es Just Go, es decir sin franquicia, siempre alquilo asi, pero de repente inventan una franquicia extra. Repito mi reserva, de la cual tengo comprobante, estaba claramente resenado que no tenia franquicia. Osea que trato por ventanilla no correcto y respuesta de la empresa sin haber tenido en cuenta mi resena. En este caso 0 de calidad en atendimiento y postventa

The pickup papers were stating that I am getting faultless car but in reality it had over 10 scratches and dents of different sizes (up to 10centimets long). The car was filthy outside including vomits on the front bumper and lots of bird shit in the back. Agent at pickup was rude and did not have time to re-inspect the car nor to talk to the DiscoverCars service (that I used for booking), nor to sign the damage list that Ive updated. On drop-off the guy was rude from the very beginning and claimed that there are new scratches so I had to show the photos of the car that Ive been taking on pickup to prove the opposite. Another thing is that there was no tire repair kit not spare wheel despite it was listed on the protocol - basically that means they were only waiting so that you got flat tire and charge you additional money for towing. SCAMMERS!
