Had a great experience renting from Quadis. Their price was remarkably low. It was not unlimited miles, but the 300 km/day was plenty for exploring the Costa Brava. The rental check-out and return were both hassle free. The car was exactly as specified and in great shape. The only minor inconvenience was finding their office in the parking garage.

Overall good experience. As mentioned before the deposit payment is both very high and inconvenient. For a fiat 500 there is a 900 euros (compared to 300 in other cias) deposit that could only be paid in credit card. I guess that is why is cheaper! The store has no wifi and it is located underground (you may have problems to connect to your bank app if needed). The staff was not very nice, but I understand considering it was 31st Dec. The reimbursement was fast (two days), the car was all right and the return efficient. Seriously, just put a wifi guys! And why not accept standard cards?

Amazing Car rental, the booking process was very simple, paperwork took 5mins, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had checked many websites and online car rental companies but the prices for the latest model was the lowest available in the market for a peak time of the year. Highly recommended trustworthy and reliable people.

2-day rental for a brand-new Audi A3 with full coverage, paying a total of EUR112.65, renting directly from the Quadis website. At the point of collection, there was only one other couple in the line, therefore none of us had to wait excessively long. The Car was in great condition, handled and drove well, even on the twisty mountain roads across the Pyrenees and up to Andorra. It did appear to be well-maintained and was in a good clean state when we received it. The only minor issue I had was with the Apple CarPlay, which took a good amount of time for me to figure out. As compared to other vehicles, the Bluetooth phone pairing was a real stumbling block. And for the icing on the cake - With full coverage, no pre-authorisation amount was taken from my credit card, they only recorded the details of the CC in the event of incidentals, but no authorisation or charge was performed- which I very much appreciated. All in all it's been one of my best car rental experiences, it's not common to come across car rental companies with a rating above 4.0 since it's very common for users to only slam them when they encounter a bad experience, but usually not leave any positive reviews when the experience is fine. This is certainly a rental company worth recommending.

I've rented out cars and vans from various companies around the world and this was honestly the worst experience ever. The guy at the parking lot (which is only accessible by walking up and down 3 storie ramps) was not friendly at all. First there was the extra charge of 150eur for insurance (which we were glad to pay to have full coverage) but then when we returned the car 1hour late he charged us a full day charge + insurance and taxes which costed almost an extra 100eur ... apart from greeting us with the most unprofessional manner. Of course we tried calling the office beforehand to let them know of our delay but no one answered. Otherwise the car was great.

Good car at a good price! I am satisfied with everything except the lady down at the parking who give me the keys of the car who was rude, bored and not helpful at all. She didn't explained me anything about the car and she didn't even bring it to me, I had to go look for it in the parking and bring it to her to check it before I receive it. Unlike the girl at the office who was fantastic, very kind and helpful. She explained us all very well.

One good and reliable car rental company. The service is good, the prices are normal and understandable. We got the ultimate new KIA Sportage GT. Car return 24 hours a day. Really recommend.
