Buena y rapida atencion, muy comoda la recogida y devolucion del vehiculo alquilado
Good and fast service, very comfortable pick-up and return of the rented vehicle
Alquilamos un coche este fin de semana y el servicio fast key junto a la estacion de Atocha funciona muy bien. La devolucion fue muy rapida y me reintegraron el dinero del deposito de gasolina ese mismo dia. Es muy buena opcion si no quieres dejar depositos de 1000EUR o mas, como en otras, y aceptan tarjetas de debito.
We rented a car this weekend and the fast key service next to Atocha station works very well. The return was very fast and they refunded my gas deposit money that same day. It is a very good option if you do not want to leave deposits of EUR1000 or more, like others, and they accept debit cards.
En centro centro puedes encontrar un espacio cultural, que te permite visitar diferentes exposiciones de arte, con las cuales puedes interactuar en algunas ocasiones, los temas de cada exposicion son muy variados. Es una experiencia que te permite aprender, explorar y tener una vision particular del arte. La arquitectura del lugar es un recorrido a un sitio emblematico de Madrid y que data de comienzos del siglo XX. Si subes por las escaleras antiguas decoradas con unos bonitos azulejos, vas a tener una vista de la Cibeles muy interesante. Tambien puedes visitar el restaurante de la terraza.

Al recoger el coche hago una foto donde figura una autonomia de 697km. Me cobran un deposito de 88EUR que me devuelven al llevar el coche, segun sus instrucciones con el deposito lleno. Les pregunto por la diferencia que hay a su favor, hago la foto con 813km de autonomia (son muchos litros) como se me reintegra... No voy a relatar las contestaciones que fueron indescriptibles y en definitiva, ellos se quedan con esa diferencia sin mas.
When I pick up the car I take a photo showing a range of 697km. They charge me a deposit of EUR88 which they return to me when I take the car, according to their instructions with a full tank. I ask them about the difference in their favor, I take the photo with 813km of autonomy (that's a lot of liters) how do I get reimbursed... Era la primera vez que utilizaba un coche de alquiler. Y la experiencia ha sido muy buena tanto en la entrega y sobretodo en la devolucion ha sido muy facil y rapido. El responsable de esta manana ha sido formidable. Muchas Gracias

Personal muy agradable y voluntarioso (Fatima), que a pesar del mal funcionamiento de la web que hace que no se pueda grabar los datos desde casa correctamente y que aumenta mucho el tiempo de recogida, no pierde la sonrisa ni la paciencia. Arreglen esa app y la web. Por lo demas todo genial.

Alquile un vehiculo para tres dias a todo riesgo y mi experiencia a sido mas que satisfactoria, excelente. El vehiculo impecable y de ultima gama, hice uno de los viajes mas placenteros que recuerdo. Lo alquile a traves de su pagina web y no tuve que acercarme a la oficina para nada, llegar y en dos minutos ya estaba montado en el coche. La devolucion igual de rapida, reintegrandome la fianza de combustible en el acto. Sin duda repetire. Todo perfecto. Muchas gracias por todo.
I rented a vehicle for three days at all risks and my experience has been more than satisfactory, excellent. The impeccable and top-of-the-range vehicle made me one of the most pleasant trips I can remember. I rented it through their website and I didn't have to go to the office at all, I arrived and in two minutes it was already in the car.
