La peor experiencia que tuve en mi vida alquilando un auto. Pagamos el seguro mas caro y lamentablemente Pinchamos dos ruedas en una ruta en el medio de la nada, nos mandaron una grua que se llevo el auto y nos dijeron que vendria un taxi con la grua para regresarnos a Barcelona. EL TAXI NUNCA VINO, nos quedamos en el medio de la nada con ninos, luego nos dijeron que nunca vendria ningun taxi, tuvimos que caminar muchisimo a un pueblo, y en el pueblo no habia taxis, por lo que tuvimos que llamar a un taxi de otro pueblo.
The worst experience I had in my life renting a car. We paid the most expensive insurance and unfortunately we punctured two wheels on a route in the middle of nowhere, they sent us a tow truck to take the car and told us that a taxi would come with the tow truck to take us back to Barcelona. THE TAXI NEVER CAME, we stayed in the middle of nowhere with children, then they told us that no taxi would ever come, we had to walk a long way to a town, and there were no taxis in the town, so we had to call a taxi from another town.
La peor empresa que existe, lo "barato" se nota. Alquilamos un auto y pagamos seguro completo, se rompieron los 2 neumaticos y no solo no nos dieron el auto de reemplazo que teniamos por seguro sino que nos dejaron TIRADOS DE NOCHE en la ruta en un pueblo sin senal. Nos trataron pesimo.
The worst company that exists, the "cheapness" shows. We rented a car and paid full insurance, the 2 tires broke and not only did they not give us the replacement car that we had for insurance, but they left us STRAINED AT NIGHT on the road in a town with no signal. They treated us terrible.

Tenga cuidado: intentaran cobrarle por danos que ya existian en el automovil. Si no hubiera tenido fotos de todo de antemano, habria tenido que pagar 400 euros por un rasguno que ya estaba ahi.
Be careful: they will try to charge you for damage that already existed on the car. If I hadn't had photos of everything beforehand, I would have had to pay 400 euros for a scratch that was already there.
Este lugar te cobrara por los danos que ya existian en el auto. Asegurate de tomar fotografias de antemano para que no te estafen. Tomaron una fotografia de un pequeno rasguno debajo del auto, por lo que es mas dificil de probar.
This place will charge you for the damage that already existed on the car. Make sure you take pictures beforehand so you don't get ripped off. They took a photo of a small scratch under the car, so it's harder to prove.
