They do not have a service department. I got a fine with a rented car, they sent me an invoice for it, which I paid, while they later also charged the credit card. No options to get in touch with a service representative besides an email address, which apparantly is being used like a garbage bin.

0 stars should be an option. For American travelers, I'd avoid this agency at all costs. They cancelled our reservation without notice or refund. Absolute scam and poor customer service. Better to pay the premium for a better company. Let these people go out of business!

SCAMMERS!! NOT RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE!! We paid the full insurance... they told us that there was no need to take photos, even though we had pointed out at the time that the car was damaged on the skirt and rims (plus other small damages) they assured us and guaranteed that there were no problems and we should have only taken photos inside the car!! Then they charged us 1200 euros for the damage to the outside (all already present) I will never go back and I do not recommend it to EVERYONE

We rented the car via doyouspain website and added the extra insurance too. when we tried to pick up the car they told use we need to deposit 1350 euro because we don't have insurance with them. We could use only credit card no debit card. So we have to buy one more insurance from them too. It wa smore expensive than the car rental. The car was not clean when we open it. there was a bubble gum stuck in the front sit. we had to wait more than 30 minutes for the cleaning. Apart from these the car was OK. My favoirite part is that I can't complain on there side and it says tehy have 5 stars on google reviews. :D

I gave it 5 stars because it was an easy rental process and affordable. The rep was friendly and informative about the agreement. Make sure if your a foreigner bring your passport for the rental. If is there any knock, its a small office in the parking garage of the train station so you might have to wait outside while you wait for your turn and it can be hot.

Very bad experience. Confusing address: says one address in the confirmation email, different in the map and in reality yet a third one across the street. Have paid for "full car coverage" through mediocre web. ( was stated in an email as "full car coverage") and have turned out that it was only a coverage for the deposit of more than one thousand that "ok mobility" made almost impossible to pay (they knew,I have paid for it already, however, didn't like the name, the card and looked like have searched for any reason possible), so had to pay for a "full coverage" again from them directly. Basically have paid double, consider it a ripp-off, poor clearance and communication and will never use again.

I rented and then read the negative comments about the place and the people who work there. The truth is that very contrary to opinions. They treated me very well, both when picking up the car and when returning it. My driving license is less than a year old and I was still able to rent and I didnt have any problems. Of course, I took out comprehensive insurance, which was more expensive than the rental itself. But with that I was calm. I will continue renting, I hope to continue having a good experience.

Hidden Charges and Discrimination Experience at OK Mobility Sants! This was by far the worst car rental experience I have had in Europe, despite having rented cars for both business and personal use with other companies such as Avis, Sixt and Enterprise. I encountered numerous issues, including hidden charges and exceptionally poor customer service, that made this experience extremely negative. One of the main issues was an unexpected 60 cleaning charge, due to some pet hair left in the car. This charge was never mentioned during car pickup or explained beforehand. When I returned the car, a young employee asked me to clean up the pet hair myself, which I did thoroughly. Despite this, she insisted on charging me the fee, without acknowledging the effort I put in or allowing any discussion. It seemed like the goal was simply to charge an additional fee, regardless of the circumstances. Basic aspiration is standard on any rental car, so this fee felt totally unjustified and opportunistic. The behavior of the local staff was another extremely disappointing aspect. The two young Catalan employees were unfriendly, dismissive and unprofessional throughout the entire process. While one of them specifically avoided looking me in the eye and was unnecessarily confrontational, another customer, who appeared to be local, received noticeably more respectful and courteous treatment. In contrast, the Uruguayan-born employee was friendly, even checking the car with me and confirming that it was in acceptable condition before the other employee overruled his opinion. During the pickup I was also pressured to contract additional costs, including services that I did not need or use. The entire experience left me with the impression that revenue goals were more important than customer service or fairness. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against renting with OK Mobility, especially in the Sants Estacio location. There are other reputable options in the same place, such as Avis, Enterprise and Sixt, which offer much better service and no hidden fees. I give OK Mobility a 1 star rating and am awaiting a response to my complaint requesting a refund of the 60 cleaning fee charged. If this is not resolved, I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future.

El comportamiento del personal local fue otro aspecto sumamente decepcionante. Las dos jovenes empleadas catalanas fueron poco amigables, despectivas y poco profesionales durante todo el proceso. Mientras una de ellas especificamente evito mirarme a los ojos y fue innecesariamente confrontativa, otro cliente, que parecia ser local, recibio un trato notablemente mas respetuoso y cortes. En contraste, el empleado de origen uruguayo fue amable, incluso revisando el coche conmigo y confirmando que estaba en condiciones aceptables antes de que la otra empleada invalidara su opinion. Durante la recogida tambien me presionaron para contratar costos adicionales, incluyendo servicios que no necesitaba ni utilice. Toda la experiencia me dejo la impresion de que las metas de ingresos eran mas importantes que el servicio al cliente o la equidad. Basado en esta experiencia, desaconsejo encarecidamente alquilar con OK Mobility, especialmente en la ubicacion de Sants Estacio. Existen otras opciones de buena reputacion en el mismo lugar, como Avis, Enterprise y Sixt, que ofrecen un servicio mucho mejor y sin cargos ocultos. Le doy a OK Mobility una calificacion de 1 estrella y estoy a la espera de una respuesta a mi queja solicitando la devolucion de los 60 cobrados por limpieza. Si esto no se resuelve, definitivamente llevare mi negocio a otra parte en el futuro.
