Recommended by my son. Collected car from central Barcelona, everything was smooth and easy, service very friendly, had 45000 km vehicle but no problem, it met our requirements perfectly. Intend to always use OKMobility after other companies have ripped us off. Petrol level on return was not an issue.

SCAM! Take detailed photos of the car before driving off. They find small marks on the car and charge $400 (or more) from your deposit! I don't recommend them. But if you do, take detailed photos of the car before driving off, don't be fooled by how clean the car is, pay attention to the dirty areas (where the marks are.) They'll use that as proof to charge you damages.

Horrible Experience!! Do not pay before seeing the vehicle! We had booked a cruiser bike as we had to go on a long ride. Everything was booked and paid. On the day of pickup we are told the bike is higher cc so they need EUR1400 as deposit. This was not mentioned before hand. Even before mentioning this, the agent deducted our money and also charged for helmets. The booking amount we paid was above EUR100 for a day. We could not even cancel after this. When we went to pickup the bike it was a kawasaki sportsbike which is very uncomfortable for pillion. They mentioned it is same category so we will have to take it. Horrible experience and sly behaviour. You are cheating customers and they will never trust your brand again.

One of the worst place in all Barcelona. From the start they promised prices which they were not, offered insurance that later found out they did not cover anything at all. But the worst of all is the customer service, bad temper, did not provide all the information (almost signed a contract with extra 200 euros cost that they did not tell), the car that I booked was not available and tried to gave us a lower category one without price reduction. They totally ruined our planned vacations, they disorganized all my trip due to delayed deliver of the car. I am still waiting my deposit money back, its been several days so far and no news at all, starting to think on suing them if days keep going by. Honestly I give it 1 star out of 5, but it should be 1 out of 1000.

I rented a car for a day 8am to 7 pm to travel with my children and wife to Monistrol de Montserrat. We had no issues with the travel. I parked the car at the drop off after driving there and back. The car had no damage, no trash left, and cared for the car respectfully. I returned home to the US and noticed at charge of $832 to my card. The company charges me for damages that don't exist! Do not rent from this company. They are a scam and trying to take advantage of travelers. DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

We have rented cars countless times in Europe in the last 20 years and this is one of the worst. We rented a car for a day to go to MotoGP and when we picked up the car in the morning, the staff asked for passport, international driving permit and shockingly the physical driving licence card. I cannot fathom why when we have an international driving licence, a physical driving licence card is still required to be presented. Last year when we rented a car in Paris from Sixt, they didn't even want to see the international driving permit, let alone a physical driving licence card. In Singapore, our identity cards, driving licence and even our passports are all digitalised. When we tried to show the staff the digital version of our driving licence on our government app, she insisted on a physical one. Honestly, I haven't seen my physical driving licence for years since it was digitalised. By some stroke of luck, my partner who is driving, found the driving licence card in his passport holder. Guess what?! We got another round of issues from the staff who kept questioning why there is no expiry date on the card. Gosh! We told her that in Singapore, there is no expiry date on driving licence but she just kept going on and caused us delay in getting the car. Attitude was just bad and this was the only place where we encountered bad service during our 8 days in Spain. The group in front of us also had issues with the other service staff and they spent an even longer time than us at this hellhole. Avoid this place if you can!

This is not the last time we rent a car through OK Mobility - Barcelona Paseo de Gracia. Friendly staff who all speak good English. Good guidance and really nice cars that they rent out. You can also rent an electric scooter together with car rental for an extra 5 euros per day. It is also possible to rent motorbikes and scooters at a price of around 25 euros per day. Regarding parking options, you can make an agreement for parking in a parking garage close to OK Mobility for 20 euros per day. However, this must be agreed upon when renting the car, otherwise there is a good possibility of "free" parking after 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. in all the blue parking bays in Barcelona. After 8:00 you have to pay, around 2-3 euros per hour. We can recommend renting a car from OK mobility - 5 stars from us. .

We rented a car from you between October 20, 2024 and October 29, 2024. During our vacation (on October 27th, 2024) the car stopped running. It just wouldnt start at all. At the time we were just from We drove to our accommodation from the airport and it wasnt our fault!! We reported the problem to OK-Mobility and the car was towed away. After that we were left completely alone - we didnt get a new rental car and they didnt respond to any of our emails or attempts to contact us! Without a rental car, this is a real problem for a family of 5. On the day of departure we had to get a taxi (for 5 people)!!! and also book an overnight stay in the hotel (because an early morning departure was not possible without a rental car). In total we had additional costs of over 400 euros!!! When we arrived in Germany, the next big thing: OK Mobility had the audacity to deduct over 900 euros from our credit card!!! After our research, we found out that we had been charged for the towing and also that there was damage to the car due to incorrect refueling . But we didnt fill the car with gas ourselves! We only drove about 120 km. The invoice also said that we had driven a total of over 1000 km. That is also absolutely not true!!! We only drove about 120 km. In our opinion this is fraud!!! OK-mobility will not respond to any contact from us. We can only advise against renting a car here!

Ohne Mietwagen ist das als 5-personen Familie ein echtes Problem. Wir mussten uns dann am Abreisetag ein Taxi (fur 5 Personen)!!! nehmen und auch noch eine Ubernachtung im Hotel buchen (weil ein Abflug fruh morgens ohne Mietwagen nicht umsetzbar war). Insgesamt hatten wir Kosten von uber 400 euro zusatzlich!!! In Deutschland angekommen dann der nachste Hammer: OK Mobility hat die Frechheit besessen uns uber 900 euro von unserer Kreditkarte abzubuchen!!! Auf unsere Recherche hin fanden wir raus, dass man uns das Abschleppen in Rechnung gestellt hat und ausserdem ein Schaden an dem Auto, welcher aufgrund falsch tanken entstanden ist. Wir selbst haben das Auto aber gar nicht getankt! Wir waren ja nur etwa 120 km gefahren. Auf der Rechnung stand zudem, wir seien insgesamt uber 1000 km gefahren. Auch das stimmt absolut nicht!!! Wir waren ja nur diese ca 120 km gefahren. Unserer Meinung nach ist das Betrug!!! Auf etwaige Kontaktaufnahmen unsererseits antwortet OK-mobility weiter nicht. We were in Barcelona with two families, one of whom rented a car from OK mobility - that pretty much ruined the vacation. The car gave up, was towed away and that was it. There was no replacement car, everything had to be rescheduled, and the costs skyrocketed as a result. OK mobility has now also deducted the repair costs from the deposit due to an allegedly incorrect refueling. But there was no refueling at all! The store is a disgrace.

Si quieres seguro con ellos es aparte, y pagas alli en la oficina. Nosotros con Zurich y el extra de anulacion de franquicia que se contrata en la web ya fuimos muy tranquilos.

I wish I could give zero starts. This company is a SCAM! You rent your car online, then you arrive and they make up some story about not accepting your card and negotiate with you: you either pay their extra insurance of around 40 / day or you have to cancel your rental. Of course you cant just cancel a rental because you e made plans so they out you against the wall and you end up paying way more than previously stipulated. The worker there from Argentina is also completely dismissive and provides terrible costumer service, showing her face for a company that is a scam! Besides all this, we rented a manual car and they gave us an electric car. And we rented a gasoline car and they gave aus an hybrid with the battery totally empty! Do not trust this company at all.

Horrible experience with these scammers! Their scam consists of increasing your insurance claiming that you havent read your contract and that to pay with your specific card you need to pay an extra insurance. Theyve ruined my holidays and added 300 euros to the rental! Never again!

The reason is that they charged me 100.00 as gas deposit insurance (in case when I returned the car I did not return it within the same conditions that had picked it up). El motivo es que me cobraron 100,00 como seguro de deposito de la gasolina (por si al devolver el coche no lo devolvia en las mismas condiciones que lo habia recogido). Me dijeron que MAXIMO EN UN PERIODO DE 30 DIAS SE TE DEVOLVERA. HA PASADO 1 MES Y PICO Y NADA. Cuando llamo NADIE se hace cargo, nadie se responsabiliza. Todos me dicen que tengo que llamar a un departamento el cual me aparece un contestador y se cuelga automaticamente. Si teneis que alquilar un coche, NUNCA lo hagais con OKMOBILITY. Not knowing this rental company at all. We rented a vehicle at a very reasonable price for 15 days from September 14 to 28, 2024. The staff is very courteous and does not require you to take out insurance. The 1200 euros deposit is not taken from the account but just taken in the form of an imprint, and a return notice is sent a few minutes after the return of the vehicle.
