I had a pre-arranged transfer with Minibus VIP to pick me up in Barcelona after a flight from Madrid. As is not unusual, my flight left MAD late, so Minibus would have known about two hours ahead of my pickup that I was experiencing roughly an hour delay. Arrived at BCN, nobody there waiting for us, no phone call, no text. Called the company and got something along the lines of "oh I see your flight was late, I guess the driver had somewhere else to go." Literally not even sure what actually had happened with the driver. So I guess if you run a pickup service with just one driver any delay or cancellation is a disaster, but I would expect a decent company to be able to cope with what is an everyday occurrence in the travel biz. So yep, I've got nothing good to say about these guys. If I could give them 0 stars yeah I would.
