MEC ofrece un buen servicio de alquiler de coches electricos. Es muy facil reservarlo por la app y si tienes cualquier incidencia/pregunta responden muy rapidamente. Lo unico que anadiria seria mas puntos de recogida en Barcelona (por ejemplo en Mercat de Sant Antoni).
MEC offers a good electric car rental service. It is very easy to book it through the app and if you have any incident/question they respond very quickly. The only thing I would add would be more collection points in Barcelona (for example in Mercat de Sant Antoni).
Primera y muy buena experiencia de Carsharing electrico. Aplicacion de reserva intuitiva, amplia disponibilidad de vehiculo y buen servicio de Atencion al Cliente. SI aconsejaria ir con tiempo la primera vez para familiarizarse con el procedimiento a seguir. Agradeceria tambien una opcion sin franquicia. Por lo demas, todo perfecto. Genial para usos puntuales.
First and very good experience of electric Carsharing. Intuitive booking application, wide vehicle availability and good Customer Service. YES I would advise going early the first time to familiarize yourself with the procedure to follow. I would also appreciate an option without excess. Otherwise everything perfect. Great for specific uses.
Molt bona experiencia. Cal acostumar-se al 'ritual' de desendollar i endollar, aixi com a la conduccio del cotxe electric al principi, pero al cap d'uns minuts ja te'l fas teu. Excel.lent atencio al client.

Experiencia molt bona! La flota de vehicles es electrica, i els cotxes van fantastic. La primera vegada millor anar-hi amb temps, per a seguir totes les instruccions referides a la posada en marxa. Si hi ha algun problema t'atenen rapidament i de manera personalitzada. Aixo, per mi, marca la diferencia.
Very good experience! The vehicle fleet is electric, and the cars drive fantastic. The first time it is better to go there in time, to follow all the instructions regarding the start-up. If there is a problem, you are attended to quickly and in a personalized way. That, for me, makes the difference.
He utilizado los vehiculos varias veces y siempre el resultado ha sido optimo. A destacar el servicio al cliente, el dia que tuve un problema atribuible a mi movil me dieron diferentes soluciones para solventar la situacion. Si no tienes coche y lo necesitas de forma puntual es una muy buena opcion este sistema.
I have used the vehicles several times and the results have always been optimal. Bon servei, cotxe electric lliure de restriccions a Barcelona, una solucio temporal pels que tebim un coche que els hi afecta les restriccions. Tracte personalitzat i acollidor, places d'aparcament ben ubicades, tovalloletes desinfectants al interior del vehicle, repetirem.

M'agradat molt conduir el meu primer cotxe electric vaig fer un viatge fns a Reus i a la tornada vaig anar un punt de recarga rapid electric i en 30m mentre feia una volta a tarragona es va carregar al 100% i vaig arrivar a BCN amb 40% de bateria sense dubte tornare a repetir. Molt recomenat!
I really enjoyed driving my first electric car, I even made a trip to Reus and on the way back I went to a fast electric charging point and in 30m while I was driving around Tarragona it was charged to 100% and I arrived at BCN with 40 Battery % I will definitely repeat again. Highly recommended!
