La primera vez que use el servicio lo hice con temor, porque despues de varias experiencias con otros sitios que no fueron buenas estaba desconfiada . Despues de varios envios puedo decir que el servicio es excelente, el dinero llego en menos de 7 dias a las tarjetas y el operador que me ha asistido (Jose) es atento y diligente. Si se me presenta cualquier problema o duda los contacto por email, WhatsApp o llamando y me dan la solucion a mi problema o la informacion que necesito. Lo sugiero!!!

I made a food purchase of almost 200Euros. After two weeks I ask about the status of the shipment and they comment that it could not be done because they did not receive shipping mail in Cuba. I request cancellation and refund and 9 days have passed and I have not received the money. I have called several times and they always give evasive justifications. I am considering reporting them to the economic and computer crime police. This was a few months ago. In the end they gave me my money back about a month after I complained. Apparently they are Leeches, at the service of the Cuban government.
