Simply unbelievable! We had them pick us up from The airport and then on our last day we asked them for a tour of Barcelona beach side cities. They went Above and beyond. First they upgraded our car to a Mercedes s series. Then our driver Boris is so friendly and knowledgeable. We had one of our favorite days when him when he took us to to terragona and then had lunch at stiges at a restaurant Boris recommended before our flight. Best lunch we had at Barcelona. What was most touching is that as we left for th airport he asked that we text us from home to let jk Know we arrived safely. What a gentleman! Pls use This company and ask for Boris you will not be disappointed.

We can recommend them very highly and for a different reason than the usual. We are from Australia and were to visit Barcelona on a cruise ship. However we had to cancel our booking due to the Suez crisis and J&G Elegance cars immediately refunded our money. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We have booked 2 transfers and a Barcelona city tour. The mini vans were clean, the drivers well dressed, on time, polite and very helpful with the elderly members of the group. My wife and I went on our honeymoon in June. We were on a European cruise, and had about 5 hours to spare in Barcelona. Our travel agent, Heijin McIntire (via Dream Vacations), arranged a private tour. Technically we did not have a "guide," but our driver was fantastic! He was entertaining and knowledgeable about the area. My wife did not communicate before hand that we had tickets for Casa Batllo, but our driver was perfectly accommodating to the unexpected timing issue. We were able to see quite a bit and even stopped for lunch. The place he recommended was great too! He was definitely one of the major highlights of our entire trip!
