No alquileis ningun coche aqui , seria -0 mi Review. Horrible juegan con el dinero de l'os clientes . Alquile un coche del 11 de Julio al 15 , lo he devuelto intacto. Cogieron una fianza de 615EUR, cuando devuelves el coche aunque este perfecto no te la devuelven. Duo al banco y me dicen que me han hecho un cargo. Voy a la oficina y dice que es un fallo en su sistema mentira. Os digo que hacen juegan con nuestro dinero durante dias mas de 10. He viajado durante Diez anos nunca me paso esto. Son unos estafadores, de verdad no alquileis con ellos, hay companias que no has de dejar la tarjeta. Son horribles y juegan con nuestro dinero. A dia de hoy con un cargo en la cuenta de 615EUR , ellos con el coche impecable y jugando con mi dinero y el de muchos mas clientes. Hertz podreis ser una gran empresa pero tened claro que jugar con el cliente no es Bueno y mas con la competencia que hay . Por mi hay os podeis quedar y en mi entorno nadie os va alquilar un coche!
Don't rent any car here, it would be -0 my Review. Horrible they play with clients' money. I rented a car from July 11 to the 15th, I returned it intact. They took a deposit of EUR615, when you return the car, although it is perfect, they will not return it. I go to the bank and they tell me that they have charged me. I go to the office and they say it's a bug in their system, they'll lie. I tell you that they play with our money for more than 10 days. I have traveled for ten years and this has never happened to me. They are scammers, really don't rent with them, there are companies that you don't have to leave the card with. They are horrible and play with our money. Today with a charge on the account of EUR615, they have an impeccable car and are playing with my money and that of many more clients. Hertz may be a great company but be clear that playing with the customer is not good, especially with the competition that exists. For me, you can stay and in my surroundings no one is going to rent you a car!
Mi compania de seguros me mando a Hertz. Nada malo que decir, la chica que me atendio muy amable simpatica. Me dejaron un coche de categoria superior porque no tenia otros vehiculos en ese momento y la chica con mucha paciencia me estuvo explicando como funcionaba el vehiculo ya que era automatico ( vaya coche me dejaron jijijiji) Las condiciones son llevar el deposito lleno y no perder las llaves. Cuando fui a devolver el coche el chico tambien super amable, se aseguro de que el deposito estuviera lleno y estuvimos hablando. Muy contenta por todo
My insurance company sent me to Hertz. Nothing bad to say, the girl who helped me was very kind and friendly. They left me a higher category car because I didn't have other vehicles at that time and the girl was very patiently explaining to me how the vehicle worked since it was automatic (what a car they left me hehe) The conditions are to have a full tank and not lose the keys. When I went to return the car, the guy was also super friendly, he made sure the tank was full and we talked. Very happy for everything
Terrible Service staff at the counter upon pickup of the Polestar 2 EV. The older male staff member at Hertz Sabadell was rude, inconsiderate and has zero customer service skills. My friend spoke Catalan/Spanish and he was also not happy with his service in his native language. Luckily on return of the rental vehicle Leandro was terrific offering us water and calling a taxi for us with great customer service a true assets to the organisation. I hope Leandro does not become negatively influenced by other staff members at the Hertz Sabadell.
First time I'm using this office and my experience could not be worst! After a lot of burocracies they made me wait for about one hour to take the car! I'll never use their services again
