I had an excellent experience renting from FutureDrive. Their team was extremely responsive on both a phone call I placed via WhatsApp and on messaging there. I am American and speak English and their customer service was English speaking and great. The car was amazing, the pick up was totally seamless and easy, all done remotely, with none of the annoying paperwork of a normal rental car place. And the experience of driving a Tesla is unforgettable! 10/10 would recommend.
100% recommendations. Good service. Clean cars, good location. Unfortunately not possible use only Tesla application without key. During 2 weeks no problem. Good battery condition with real long range. Maybe some minor bugs of Tesla, but service of FutureDrice was as described.

It's been almost two months and I still did not get a part of my deposit back. Here is the story. I paid for the rent using a bank card. The payment went through, the deposit (EUR900) was withdrawn from my account without any problems. After my rent had finished, I did not get the deposit for 2 weeks+, so I contacted them on Whatsapp. It appeared that the return was rejected for some reason, and they told me they would try again. I had to contact them twice to figure that their return was cancelled again. They offered to make a SWIFT transfer, which was nice and they told me they would cover the fee. After a couple of days I got the deposit MINUS EUR30. I contacted them about this matter, but they were very reluctant with replies. They told me they started the "investigation" of this case, and that it was my bank's fault. I had to contact them several times before they managed to reply, and I had to wait for days without the answer. Last time I heard from them was March 24th, today is March 30th. They promised to contact me with the solution - guess what - they never did. Although, EUR30 might sound like not that big of a deal, but these guys know how to make customer service BEFORE you rent car, not when you face some issues after the rental. I personally do not understand why this "fee" could not have been reimbursed via PayPal or smth similar to make the customer feel happy. I would not recommend their rentals.
I'm not sure what was more impressive the duel motor long range model 3 or their response time. The car was magnificent and the customer service was equally good and very accommodating. I changed my reservation several times without any issues and felt that FutureDrive did everything possible to meet my requests. Communication & Customer Service: 5-Stars The Model 3 Condition: 5-Stars Car Pick up: 4-Stars Car Return: 5- Stars Price/ Value: 4-Stars Total: 4.6 so I rounded up to 5 Stars Picking up the car at the parking garage is a bit clunky and not as streamlined as the rest of the process however I'd still rate it better than average. I didn't have to stand in line, the car was there clean & ready to go. Returning the car to the airport was a breeze but did trigger an extra fee which I think is probably pretty standard in the car rental industry when the pick up/ drop off locations are different. I would have liked to of seen a report showing exactly how the charging fee was calculated but other than that no real complaints. Overall I was impressed and consider FutureDrive above average. All in all I'd recommend FutureDrive to anyone looking for a Tesla and wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again next time I'm in the area.
Price is the same as a normal car and the costumer service is just great.everythijg works very fluent and I'm happy to be part of the future :))
