Fui para hacer una consulta para alquilar una furgoneta, la chica parecia que eso de estar de cara al publico no le gustaba, y con mala cara me informaba. Al decirle que me diera la informacion por escrito con los precios, la mala cara fue de fotografia. Se me quitaron las ganas.

Definitely I recommend Furgos Paco to anyone. The van was new, easy to drive. The young lady who handled my rental is very kind and professional. She kept to her word returning the deposit the day after the rental. The pick up and drop off is the easiest I've ever experienced. There's a petrol station open 24/7 around the corner, so it is easy to fill up the tank just before the drop off. Located in the very center of Barcelona. Splendid experience

I was initially going to rent from a larger company, however no one was getting back to me and last minute had to find something else. Ended up finding Furgos Paco and it worked out super well. Paco was efficient, the van was new, and the rental location was easily accessible. I will say that I was a bit nervous about the communication but Paco spoke very good English and made everything really easy.

They gave us an electric van, it had a range of 100km and couldnt even do 50. The staff was unpleasant, and the van was not in good condition. We had to charge the battery for 9 hours to be able to make two 40-minute trips. An absolute shame. Furgos Paco, PA Cut your veins.

Its been a nightmare. More than 24 hours after returning the van, they send me an email saying that the van has a major damage and that they keep the deposit of 450 euros!! With total helplessness and without having any proof of that accusation, they have kept the bail. Checking the reviews it seems that I am not the first. Furthermore, the day I went to pick it up, they forged my signature on the contract where the damage to the van appeared. Careful! I hope that before renting with Furgos Paco you look at other options so you dont feel scammed. Now the case is in the hands of the OCU.

Ha sido una pesadilla. Pasadas mas de 24h de la devolucion de la furgoneta me envian un correo diciendo que la furgoneta tiene un golpe importante y que se quedan con la fianza de 450 euros!! Con total impotencia y sin que tengan ninguna prueba de esa acusacion se han quedado la fianza. Revisando las resenas parece que no soy la primera. Ademas el dia que la fui a buscar falsificaron mi firma en el contrato donde aparecian los desperfectos de la furgoneta. !Cuidado! Espero que antes de alquilar con Furgos Paco mireis otras opciones para no sentiros estafados. Ahora el caso esta en manos de la OCU.
