We hired a nice car in Valencia - hand over in Barcelona Sants. Wa have agreed to accept an empty fuel tank with the agreement of empty return. still you charged us 146 eur for the fuel. (Worth about EUR60) Asking per email for returning the amount didn't help - so Im trying this way. Thank you for replaying and returning Marek Kaspar thank you for your replay, unfortunatelly your support web page doesnt work

I took a car for one day, ordered it at around 20:00 the day before, everything was ready on time, no issues, good service at the counter, I was offered an upgrade. The return went smoothly, total great expiriance. Thnx.
I had good experience even the reviews were bad. Some things that I didn't like at all, therefore I give 4 stars : first, the pickup took long time and the line wasn't organised. The second thing, deposit was 500 eur not 300 as said on web page! Returning was fast and smooth, no problems, one person checked the car and informed me that all is good, I received deposit back the same day. Staff was nice, car was good, overall experience good and would rent from them again.
As an American, I highly recommend Europcar for vehicle rental in Europe. Grat vehicles. Plenty of automatic transmission vehicles. The pickup at Barcelona was slow and the office is very small so you may have to stand in a line for awhile but the rest of the experience was perfect.
Lady at pickup was super friendly and professional. She realized that we were three tall people and that we would not fit in the car that we were supposed to get, so she went to the manager ( thanks :)) and they both found larger car for the same price that was comfortable for us and the luggage. Car was great, and I got a full final invoice next day upon return in my emain.
To be honest, I wasn't expecting good service based on the comments I read about the Europcar station. However, I had no choice but to take a risk, and to my surprise, I had an amazing experience. Although there was a line because of busy day, the attendant, Luna, was very professional, kind, and helpful. She recommended the best options for my trip. Initially, I was hesitant, but during my journey, I realized her recommendations were spot on, leading to the one of the best trips I've had. I was very happy with the fast and excellent service. I would love to come back again.
I do not trust much these companies BUT surprisingly this time I had a wonderful experience. Andrea, the girl at the counter was so kind and helpful. She recommended me what was most suitable to my needs and also recommended the best option for insurance. I was very satisfied with my choice and how easy and fast was the entire process.
