I had an incredible experience with Europcar. It's the second time I rent a car from them and they've always been very accommodating and understanding. The pricing was very transparent and I've never paid more than what agreed upon, they were also super quick with returning the deposit because I got mine the day after I returned the car. Overall it was a great service and I would highly recommend it.
Usually and excellent service but the Barcelona office is a little disorganised. The car provided didn't have screen wash and had multiple services warning lights. Unfortunately, there was nothing else was available and need to drive to southern Spain.
All perfect. I didn't even have a reservation and got a very big van to do my moving. Electric, clean, working perfectly. All the process to get the car and return was smooth and simple. And with a very good price, I think that the cost benefit it's amazing.
The best support ever!! Our person Matias was super cheerful, sweet, and helpful, as we had some issues on our end, and then Raul also came and completely saved the day!! The Europcar team was amazing!!! The car was spectacular as well!!
Very friendly. I ordered it online, picked it up later that day and returned it the next day. It didnt seem like they were looking for faults which is always nice from a rental as well. Would be useful if i could have dropped it off outside of working hours but this is a reccomendation not a fault.
You have to negotiate the price like at the market, because otherwise they will give you a price 1/3 higher than they have on the Internet. Just because he knows you're a foreigner and thinks they probably only have internet in Barcelona......and I wrote it quite clearly on the bond and in the email when you asked me about your assessment. so find it and don't reply to automated messages like robots.
Title: Disappointing Car Rental Experience and Request for Resolution I recently had a car rental experience with Europcar that left much to be desired. As a loyal customer, I believe it is important to provide feedback so that they can improve their services. Unfortunately, my experience with Europcar fell short in several areas. Firstly, while I appreciated the competitive rates offered by Europcar, I was disappointed to see that they did not adjust their prices to remain competitive with other rental companies. This lack of price adjustment made me question the value I was getting for my money. Additionally, the vehicle I rented had a recurring issue with the rear right tire. Although I contacted the assistance service for help, it took them a week to repair the tire, only for the problem to occur again shortly after. This forced me to spend extra money to fill the tire every few days, which became increasingly frustrating. Moreover, the quality of the assistance service itself was lacking, further adding to my disappointment. To add to the frustration, Europcar representatives suggested replacing the Audi A3 I initially rented with an Audi A1. Not only was this a change from our initial agreement, but the A1 did not meet the same standards or specifications. This was simply not acceptable. But because I have to replace my car I exchange temporary with Vw T- cross (worst option ever ) Furthermore, I was promised by the Europcar branch that the tire would be repaired and replaced with upcoming time. However, this promise was not fulfilled up-to-date, leaving me without a resolution for an extended period of time. Overall, my car rental experience with Europcar was far from satisfactory. I would urge Europcar to improve their pricing strategy, enhance the quality of their assistance service, and honor their commitments to customers. I hope that Europcar takes this feedback seriously and works towards providing a better experience for future customers. I am hopeful that Europcar will address my concerns and provide a suitable resolution. Customer service reference # 17877211
SCAM. Those thieves give you a damaged car, decline your request to check & report damages together, because "taking some pictures" is enough according to them. And when you return the car in the exact same state, they charge you 300e for damages that you didnt do. A few examples among a lot, I join my pictures taken when I took the car (bad quality because of zoom) vs their pictures of the "new damages" I'm accused to have done (good quality / exageration of the damage).
