I was trying to rent a car in Cuba and I found this agency over the internet. I received a message with a response in less than 24 hours. I was attended by Yuli, she was very professional and answered all my questions.
Have put in a complaint. No response after 3 days. Car was quite grubby. Picked us up to take us to the car in a small car which couldnt even hold all our luggage even though we had ordered a large car for that reason as there were 4 passengers. My son had to sit in tge car with a heavy case across his knee. Got a flat tyre in Cuba .That not their problem but the tyre was poor. They repaired it instead of replacing it then we had to return as it went flat again. Wasted a lot of time..eventually changed it. The garage had advised the office guy to change in the first place. We questioned the drop off hotel for weeks before we went as it 9km from ours. We went and then found we actually needed to drop it back near our hotel. We did round trip of 17km instead of 2km. They wouldnt drop us back at the hotel so we had to walk which wasnt so far but annoying as they didnt even care. We then got charged another 12cuc as petrol had dropped below the pick up level. I then had PS38 taken from my deposit without any notification. I dont know if it for the replaced tyre. Such poor customer care. Nobody shows any consideration for the customer.
