Just horrible. they charged me for 350 EUR for a scratch i didn't even do but was already present. Hopefully i already had a picture that i took before using it that shows exactly where the scratch is. but they wouldn't even consider it and told me that its another one when its clearly not! SHAME, this company should close
I have rented a Peugeot 3008 from Alex in Sants office he was very helpful and very nice giving me recommendations and advice. Clean and fully functional car great for the mountains and on the drop off being received by john and Juan Pablo which were of great welcoming and all happened very smooth and quick Totally recommend it
Most unorganised rental I have ever encountered. I must honestly say their branch staffs were nice but the whole company was very unorganised. I also should say they were comparably cheaper than other rentals. I booked the car at 9am and I arrived at 9:05am. However only one staff was serving 2-3 other customers in front of me. I'm fine with that as many companies nowadays need to cut cost. So I got to my turn approx. 9:30am. Everything went smoothly and got the keys at around 9:40am. However, the car was said to be found in an underground parking lot diagonally across the branch. We had to find the car inside a 3 floors underground. The staffs English was not perfect and just gave us barely instructions to find the car. So we went down and took at least 15-20 mins and ended up not able to locate the car. By that time it was 10am. We went back to branch and of course 10 people were in line but we just went to the front and asked for help. They came down(after 15 mins) to the parking lot with us and ended up could not locate the car. That is when he went back to office computer to check and discover for car might be at another location. So of course that will take another 20-30mins. So finally we got the car 11am!!!! I was on honeymoon trip with my wife and we were on good mood so we felt ok as long as we got the car. And.....this is not the end of the story. We had a good day with car and returned it without any problem. However couple days afterwards my credit card had an extra amount of around EUR45 which I had no idea about and never acknowledged for! It was actually an unauthorised debit . So of course it took me over 2 weeks to deal with their customer service (they said we drove over the distant limit which we did not) and finally got back the cash. Their CS was not helpful at all and very not responsive most of the time. So if u decide to rent from them, make sure you have proof of everything (pic of car when pic up and drop of, pic of the gauage). Not recommended unless you are prepared for extra work to follow up everything yourself.
Do not read the negative comments about this company. everything was really perfect, I made the reservation online. I came to the store, I was served perfectly by a gentleman with long hair and cheekbones, his name was Alex. really the man was very helpful.. don't look anywhere else directly here!
Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. They scammed us 950 euros out of our deposit. The inspector went right into the under the bumper and asked us if we had photos of under the car. We had photos of other dents that he didn't even ask or mention. Obviously, we didn't have photos or a video of under the bumper. Nobody goes around taking videos of under the car. My husband is a mechanic and knows that those scratches are from previous rentals. This company made a lot of money out of tourists like us by stealing the deposit from the same damages.
Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place! I had an awful experience at Clickrental. My family and I were treated extremely poorly from the moment we arrived. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. We encountered several issues with our reservation, and rather than offering any assistance or solutions, they seemed uninterested in resolving our concerns. Despite making a reservation well in advance, we were told there were no cars available that matched what we had booked. When we asked for help or alternatives, the staff was dismissive and unresponsive. It was clear they had no interest in customer service, and we felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. I would never recommend Clickrental to anyone. If you're looking for reliable service and decent treatment, avoid this place at all costs. And to the people who attended us, shame on you, you are the reason people distrust others, you are not qualified to work in customer service you should look into changing your profession. Karma will treat you well.

I really enjoyed the entire process of handing over the car, especially your representative Carlos. He was very helpful and sweet to handover the car to me and explaining the process. This review will be as honest as possible about the fraudulent company ClickRent (Barcelona and rest) Having booked and paid for the Mini Cooper car in advance, I arrive at the office on the appointed date and time. The employee signed the contract and asked for EUR1,200 as a guarantee. Immediately after the money was withdrawn he informs me that the mini coupe is not available. Well, not a scammer?? Why not say it right away?! The next unpleasant surprise was that he just made a mistake by withdrawing 1200EUR, as he should have withdrawn 2000EUR. This indicates the incompetence of the company's employees. And so, in general -3200EUR without leaving the office and mini cooper. I pick up my Audi A1 (8434 LZP) and move from Barcelona to Port Aventura. Immediately upon departure I was greeted by an error about the lack of glass cleaning fluid (see photo). Then I discovered that the car was behaving strangely on the road. It turned out that the tire pressure is 1.6-1.7 bar instead of 2.3. When pumping up the wheels,I found that the brake pads were almost worn out (see photo). In general, the qtechnical condition of the car left much to be desired. Neither Valencia nor Bilbao could provide me with a replacement car. As a result, this fraudulent organization also wrote off 250 EUR, 3 days after the car was returned, for the so-called overdrive. With the allowed 3250 km in 13 days, I drove 2300 km, which is much less (I attach a photo). Conclusion. Fraudsters and deceivers. I highly recommend not using their services. The support service is at zero level. Communication with clients is at zero level.
