Le doy una estrella porque a pesar que me dieron una furgoneta nueva (36.000 km), cuando fui a firmar el contrato para un fin de semana me aseguraron que si tenia algun problema llamase a asistencia en carretera (Allianz). Lo cogi un viernes de puente de agosto a las 19h en el punto de recogida (estaban cerrados desde 2 dias antes), con Km ilimitado para hacer unos 1300 Km. Y a los 20 km me salta el aviso de "Falta de Aceite". Miro la barilla y estaba seco. Llamo a asistencia en carretera, y me dicen que solo pueden remolcarlo a un taller. Viernes de puente a las casi 20h de la tarde, logicamente no me servia esa solucion. Tuve que perder 2h de mi ruta y gente esperando para cargar la furgo para buscar un Norauto y comprar una garrafa de aceite y llenarlo. Por ningun sitio ponia el tipo de aceite que llevaba, pero en el Norauto lo sacaron por matricula. Al menos me abonaron los 34EUR que me costo. Como minimo, antes de entregar un vehiculo a un cliente deberian mirar los niveles y mantenimientos en regla, tener parte de accidentes (que no lo tenia tampoco), para simplemente coger la furgo e irte de ruta sin problemas como cualquier empresa de Alquiler de vehiculos un minimo seria. No tener el cliente que hacerle el mantenimiento de la misma el cliente perdiendo tiempo de su contratacion, y dinero adicional. Luego al entregarla ves que a pesar que era la furgo mas nueva, el resto de flota tenian matricula de hasta 10 anos y llenas de abolladuras. Y hablando con otro usuario que la alquilo en Area, se la dieron llena de escombros y con la luz de averia del motor para hacer 2000 km. Lo barato sale caro. NUNCA MAS.
I give it one star because even though they gave me a new van (36,000 km), when I went to sign the contract for a weekend they assured me that if I had any problems I would call roadside assistance (Allianz). I took it on a Friday long weekend in August at 7:00 p.m. at the collection point (they were closed 2 days before), with unlimited km to cover about 1,300 km. At a minimum, before delivering a vehicle to a client they should look at the levels and maintenance in order, have accident reports (which they did not have either), to simply take the van and go on the road without problems like any vehicle rental company. a minimum would be. Not having the client have to maintain it, the client loses time during the contract, and additional money. Then when you hand it over you see that even though it was the newest van, the rest of the fleet had registration plates up to 10 years old and full of dents. Sin duda la mejor empresa de alquiler de vehiculos industriales, he realizado una mudanza de casi 5000km, gracias a sus tarifas de Km ilimitados he podido realizarla con un presupuesto mucho mejor que cualquier otra empresa de alquiler de furgonetas, he de decir que aunque la furgoneta tenia un par de abolladuras funcionaba perfectamente en todo, motor, direccion , frenos, he viajado muy tranquilo y sin ningun problema, El personal de entrega y recepcion muy amable y competente, para mi un 10!

Trato correcto, ningun problema con el vehiculo a nivel mecanico, aunque habiendolo solicitado para transportar un par de perros, habria estado bien que nos avisaran de que la reja de separacion tenia una obertura cerrada por una plancha que era sencillo de abrir incluso por accidente. A punto estuvimos de estrellarnos cuando casi el destino a uno de los perros se le ocurrio que queria ir con nosotros en cabina. En cualquier caso, ese fue el unico percance, por lo demas nada a destacar a nivel negativo, experiencia correcta.
