No hi ha possibilitat de reduir la franquicia, la resta tot perfecte. Gracies.

todo muy bien, fui gastando mucho dinero en alquileres, hasta que un dia llegue 10 minutos tarde a entregar la furgoneta, (cuando yo he esperado a veces hasta 30 min para que me entregaran mi furgoneta previamente solicitada a una hora concreta), ahi me di cuenta de quien era esta mujer con aspecto aspero y grunon, se comporto como una autentica autentica energumena, no dejando ni que yo la replicara con mi argumento, y eso que se supone que eramos buenos clientes, ya que a lo largo del ano llevabamos gastados unos 1200e en alquileres de fuergonetas... conclusion: todo fue bien hasta que el cliente comete un pequeno error, a partir de entonces al cliente se le falta al respeto y menosprecia asi que han perdido un cliente y a todas las empresas extranjeras (clientes mios), que yo mandaba semanalmente a Galan
