Me dirijo a ustedes para presentar una queja formal respecto a mi reciente experiencia con su servicio de alquiler de furgonetas. Alquile una furgoneta durante dos dias y, lamentablemente, la atencion al cliente que recibi fue inaceptable. Al devolver la furgoneta, la encargada de atenderme mostro una actitud poco profesional y borde. A pesar de que cuide el vehiculo durante el alquiler, me informaron que no se me devolveria la fianza alegando que la furgoneta estaba sucia. Considero que esta afirmacion es injusta, ya que deje el vehiculo en condiciones razonables. Y le pongo una estrella ya que 0 no puede , no os recomiendo este sitio ya que es una chapuza prefiero ir a otro que me clave una pasta por la furgoneta a que esta chapuza ,no os recomiendo ir la verdad
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with your van rental service. I rented a van for two days and unfortunately the customer service I received was unacceptable. When returning the van, the person in charge of assisting me showed an unprofessional and rude attitude. Even though I took care of the vehicle during the rental, I was informed that my deposit would not be returned, claiming that the van was dirty. I find this statement unfair as I left the vehicle in reasonable condition. And I give it a star since 0 cannot, I do not recommend this place since it is a sloppy place, I prefer to go to another one that I spent a lot of time on the van than because it is sloppy, I do not recommend going to the truth.

Buenas tardes, La verdad que he conocido el sitio por las resenas y que lastima que no pueda ponerle 6 estrellas porque estoy super contento. Trato genial desde el primer minuto. Me ofrecieron gratuitamente incluso cinchas y una carretilla para la mudanza. Y muy bien de precio por el alquiler de un dia con una furgoneta de 12 m3 Esta claro que volvere a repetir cuando tenga que realizar mudanzas. Lo recomiendo totalmente!
Good afternoon, The truth is that I found out about the site through the reviews and what a shame I can't give it 6 stars because I am super happy. Great treatment from the first minute. They even offered me straps and a wheelbarrow for the move for free. And a very good price for a one-day rental with a 12 m3 van. It is clear that I will repeat again when I have to move. I totally recommend it!
Tuve que cancelar una reserva y se quisieron quedar con la fianza entera. Solo cuando empece a dejar malas resenas y amenazar con presentarme personalmente accedieron a devolverme parte de la fianza. Si algun dia necesito un alquiler de furgo lo unico que se es que no lo hare con Covey.
