Primera vez que alquilo una furgoneta aqui y sera la ultima, dejando de lado que la furgoneta que me dan esta totalmente golpeada por todos lados y que saltan todas la alarmas de mantenimiento de la furgoneta a lo que el chico nos dice que no hagamos caso que no las pueden quitar, pedazo de jeta que no les hacen ni el mantenimiento...lo peor y donde nos enganan es en el deposito de gasoil...te dicen que esta lleno...vas y te lo crees....hacemos 26 kilometros, comprobado por ellos y a la hora de llenarlo para devolver la furgo...paro la manguera pq el surtidor marca 26 euros....y podia seguir llenando pq no habia saltado el click....como es posible ???? Le devolvemos la furgo con mas gasoil del que nos dieron y me dicen que me devuelven la fianza!!!! Bueno ....le digo solo faltaba ..no tiene ni un rasguno mas....la fianza es mia!!! Sobre el gasoil no dicen nada....es decir el lleno de ellos es una estafa.... Nunca mas ire a ese sitio...una verguenza!!!! Muy poco profesionales...merece la pena buscar otra empresa aunque sea mas cara y que no nos enganen !!! Simplemente vergonzoso!!!!!

We traveled 26 kilometers, checked by them and when it was time to fill it up to return the van...I stopped the hose because the pump reads 26 euros...and I could continue filling it because the click had not gone off...how is it possible? ??? We return the van with more diesel than they gave us and they tell me they will return the deposit!!!! Well...I'm telling you it was just missing...it doesn't have a single scratch left...the deposit is mine!!! They don't say anything about diesel...that is to say, the one full of them is a scam.... I will never go to that place again...a shame!!!! Very unprofessional...it is worth looking for another company even if it is more expensive and they will not deceive us!!! Simply embarrassing!!!!!
No se merecen ni una estrella. Los trabajadores son unos prepotentes y unos maleducados y el estado de los vehiculos es nefasto. Hay otras muchas opciones que aunque sean un poco mas caras son mucho mas fiables y sin pasar malos ratos. Con esta gente nunca mas.
They don't even deserve a star. The workers are arrogant and rude and the condition of the vehicles is disastrous. There are many other options that, although they are a little more expensive, are much more reliable and without bad times. Never again with these people.
Estaba un poco condicionado por los malos comentarios de la gente. Pero en mi caso el alquiler de una furgoneta tipo B, ha sido satisfactorio. El chico que me atendio muy amable. Quizas si hay gente esperando tardan un poco en hacer los contratos pero es normal. Instalaciones un poco antiguas. Pero la furgoneta en perfectas condiciones. Repetiria. Si seria necesario poner una rampa de acceso para no tener que andar subiendote a la acera.

Maybe if there are people waiting it will take a while to make the contracts but it is normal. Facilities a little old. But the van in perfect condition. I would repeat. Una experiencia nefasta. 2h para retirar una furgoneta ya reservada. 1 persona atendiendo al cliente, rellenando de forma manual, 15 minutos minimo por cliente. Seguramente la propiedad mientras, llenandose los bolsillos. Sinceramente no recomiendo esta empresa y deberian invertir en calidad de atencion.

Las veces que necesitado una furgoneta siempre me han buscado disponibilidad; personal muy agradable, simpaticos y muy rapidos a la hora de hacer las gestiones del contrato y entrega del vehiculo. Antes alquilabamos con otra empresa y ni punto de comparacion. La devolucion de la fianza rapida y te llega al momento. Calidad/precio de 10!!
The times I needed a van they have always asked me for availability; Very nice staff, friendly and very fast when it comes to completing the contract and delivery of the vehicle. Alquile ayer con bastante miedo porque nunca habia cogido un vehiculo tan grande y me dieron una furgoneta que estaba practicamente nueva, yo tenia un poco de miedo por conducirla, pero la persona que me atendio me ha explicado todo tan bien y al detalle y ha tenido tanta paciencia conmigo que me ha dado muchisima confianza. Muchas gracias, repetire con vosotros sin duda!

Un asco,no se puede alquilar eso para nada,sin escalon de entrada a la zona de carga,al ser un carrozado es muy alto,luces fundidas,nos aviso amablemente la GC,la zona de carga muy sucia,la tuvimos que barrer,cuando ellos te cobran si la devuelves sucia...si no barren eso ni que decir del interior,daba asco tocar los plasticos de dentro,los tapizados con ronchas enormes,la cerradura de atras medio arrancada,no pudimos dejar la herramienta dentro por la noche,la devolvi un dia antes por que daba por .... trabajar con eso y fui a cronorent,que esta cerca, a pillar otra.

Excelente opcion para alquilar una furgoneta por dias, incluso horas (aunque te cobran 24 horas). Procedimiento sencillo, via web, con precio que incluye descuento. Luego, en las oficinas, haces el papeleo, dejas la fianza (recuperable en 24 horas), revisas danos de la furgo, y listo. La ubicacion de las oficinas es buena, con mucho sitio alrededor para aparcar tu coche. Los empleados son amables y simpaticos. Las furgos estan bastante bien, aunque tienen bastantes golpecillos en la carroceria (fijarse bien en esto cuando las recojas), y se conducen muy facil. Cumplen bien protocolo Covid.

The location of the offices is good, with plenty of space around to park your car. The employees are kind and friendly. The vans are quite good, although they have quite a few dents on the body (look carefully for this when you pick them up), and they drive very easily. They comply well with Covid protocol.
