Gracias por su servicio! Aunque no ha sido muy claro donde se deja el vehiculo lo hemos encontrado. Aqui dejo las instrucciones por si le sirven a alguien. Las flechas indican por donde tienes que llegar para encontrar el aparcamiento y el cuadro verde - el buzon.

Tenia reservado hace 10 dias para hoy a las 10:00h un carrozado con plataforma, y me llaman 2h antes diciendo que la plataforma esta rota y no tienen mas... si eso para las 12:30h me dejan otro carrozado sin plataforma. Y como subo yo los palets sin maquina elevadora??? No se puede hacer esto a la gente! La gente seria trabajamos y damos soluciones! No se puede ofrecer 2h antes un vehiculo que no cumple expectativas. De haber sabido antes (y no 2h antes) pudiera haber mirado en otros sitios. Ultima vez.
I had a body with a platform reserved 10 days ago for today at 10:00 a.m., and they called me 2 hours before saying that the platform is broken and they don't have any more... if that at 12:30 a.m. they leave me another body without a platform. And how do I lift the pallets without a lifting machine??? You can't do this to people! Serious people work and provide solutions! You cannot offer a vehicle 2 hours in advance that does not meet expectations. If I had known before (and not 2 hours before) I could have looked elsewhere. Last time.
Muy satisfactoria mi experiencia con esta oficina, llevo anos trabajando con ellos y siempre ha sido un trato cordial, Maria y Nieves son un encanto , Maria en especial me soluciono un tema urgente y fue super rapido todo, 100% recomendable

Nefasta gestion. He reservado una furgoneta hace 2 semanas y la tarde anterior del dia de recogida me llaman inventandose que se les ha pinchado la rueda y que no pueden dejarme otra furgoneta hasta horas mas tarde cuando necesito la furgoneta para la hora reservada. No me dan ninguna solucion, otras veces que he acudido a la oficina nunca estan presencialmente, horrible, no lo recomiendo.
Disastrous management. I reserved a van 2 weeks ago and the afternoon before the pick-up day they called me, pretending that their tire had been flat and that they couldn't let me have another van until hours later when I needed the van for the reserved time. They don't give me any solution, other times that I have gone to the office they are never in person, horrible, I don't recommend it.
Alquilo un coche de jueves a sabado. Les aviso de que el sabado llegare sobre las 4 de la tarde y me dicen que no hay problema ya que aunque la oficina este cerrada tengo la posibilidad de dejar el coche en el parking y las llaves en un buzon. De todas formas me dicen que si prefiero puedo entregar el coche el domingo que si estaran abiertos. Mi sorpresa es cuando llego el sabado a las 4 y el recinto en el que se encuentran el parking y el buzon estan vallados por lo que no puedo entregar el coche. Vuelvo el domingo ya que me dijeron que estarian abiertos y al igual que el sabado a la tarde, esta cerrado. Llamo a att al cliente y me dicen que deje el coche en un parking que hay unos metros mas alla y salte la valla para dejar las llaves en el buzon. Evidentemente no lo hago y pido otra solucion. Me dicen que vaya a otra oficina enterprise que si que esta abierta a 20 minutos de coche (tengo que llamar a alguien que me venga a buscar una vez deje el coche). Alli una vez entregado el coche me explican que la oficina de Barakaldo es nueva y todavia no estan las cosas muy claras en cuanto a entregas y horarios. Ademas tengo que dar explicaciones para que no me cobren un dia de mas por entregar el coche el domingo en vez de el sabado como estaba previsto. En resumen, es el peor servicio que he recibido en mucho tiempo. Espero que se tomen medias.
I rent a car from Thursday to Saturday. I tell them that on Saturday I will arrive around 4 in the afternoon and they tell me that there is no problem since even if the office is closed I have the possibility of leaving the car in the parking lot and the keys in a mailbox. Anyway, they tell me that if I prefer I can deliver the car on Sunday if they will be open. My surprise is when I arrive on Saturday at 4 and the area where the parking and mailbox are located are fenced so I cannot deliver the car. I'm coming back on Sunday since they told me they would be open and like Saturday afternoon, it is closed. I call ATT to the client and they tell me to leave the car in a parking lot a few meters away and jump over the fence to leave the keys in the mailbox. Obviously I don't do it and I ask for another solution. They tell me to go to another enterprise office that is open 20 minutes away by car (I have to call someone to come pick me up once I leave the car). There, once the car was delivered, they explained to me that the Barakaldo office is new and things are still not very clear in terms of deliveries and schedules. I also have to explain so that they don't charge me an extra day for delivering the car on Sunday instead of Saturday as planned. In short, it is the worst service I have received in a long time. I hope they take stock.
El servicio del coche bastante bien, a la hora de dejar el coche de vuelta era fuera del horario y la chica nos "explico" donde estaba. Es un parking publico detras de las oficinas a oscuras y el buzon de dejar las llaves en un sitio que no era el parking, un poco mas alejado en una zona poco recomendable para pasar la verdad. Nos encontramos tambien a personas que les ocurria lo mismo y tras la mala explicacion dijeron que lo entregaban manana que era una verguenza no estar senalizado el buzon de las llaves.

Son unos estafadores. Nos dieron un golpe en el coche mientras aparcabamos y nos obligan a pagar la franquicia de 1250EUR. No se han preocupado en demostrar nuestra inocencia, alegando unicamente que el seguro contrario es Mapfre y por lo tanto es imposible luchar contra ellos. Se han aportado todo tipo de pruebas y aun asi siguen diciendo que somos culpables del siniestro. No se saldran con la suya.
They are scammers. They hit our car while we were parking and forced us to pay the excess of EUR1,250. They have not bothered to prove our innocence, claiming only that the opposing insurance company is Mapfre and therefore it is impossible to fight against them. Inicialmente entre en la web para ver de un vistazo y hacerme una idea. Posteriormente acudi a la oficina para informarme mas al detalle y sali de alli muy satisfecho por la amabilidad de la empleada y su completa informacion. Asi que en pocos dias ya decidi que vehiculo alquilar. Toda al experiencia fue un placer, la recogida y la entrega. Sin duda muy recomendable. Asi da gusto. Quiero anadir que lq gente que tiene problemas a la entrega por algun defecto del coche, es por no contrarar todos los seguros.. y luego pasa lo que pasa..
