La joya de panaderias con sus productos artesanales, 100% naturales y elaborados de masa madre, preparada de harinas de altisima calidad y ademas molidas a la antigua, a piedra, y horneadas en el horno de lena. Como se nota el sabor increible y la textura absolutamente unica... Crujiente por fuera - suave y jugoso por dentro... No hay nada comparable! En los 10 anos que llevo en Espana, sinceramente no he encontrado ni comido un pan mejor que el de esta panaderia Padres en Banyoles. <3 Y tienen muchas variedades de panes de varios tipos de harinas - 100% de origen! Los panes de masa madre son los mas saludables porque no se utilizan ningun tipo de levadura ni quimicos, en lugar de ellos se utilizan las propiedades del grano y agua 100% natural, y con tiempo se dejan fermentar... No es facil elaborar panes de masa madre. Hay que cuidar de la masa, mantenerla contenta y bien alimentada... :-) Y con mucho carino que le dan en esta panaderia salen panes increibles. Si no me crees o mi resena te ha tocado tu corazon, ve a probarlos... <3 :-)"

How you can taste the incredible flavor and the absolutely unique texture... Crispy on the outside - soft and juicy on the inside... There is nothing comparable! In the 10 years that I have been in Spain, I have honestly not found or eaten better bread than that of this Padres bakery in Banyoles. <3 And they have many varieties of breads made from various types of flour - 100% sourced! Sourdough breads are the healthiest because no type of yeast or chemicals are used, instead the properties of the grain and 100% natural water are used, and they are allowed to ferment over time... It is not easy to make breads of sourdough. You have to take care of the dough, keep it happy and well fed... :-) And with a lot of love given to it in this bakery, incredible breads come out. If you don't believe me or my review touched your heart, go try them... <3 :-)"
Nous sommes venu pour le fameux xuixo, malheureusement l'accueil etait froid et la specialite etait molle on aurait dit un simple beignet enrobe de sucre, pas " l'explosion de saveur" que j'attendais de cette patisserie locale. Le tout pour 2EUR30 ce qui est vraiment tres cher pour ce que c'est !
We came for the famous xuixo, unfortunately the welcome was cold and the specialty was soft, it looked like a simple donut coated with sugar, not the "explosion of flavor" that I expected from this local pastry. All for EUR2.30 which is really very expensive for what it is!
