Nice rent car 50EUR\day with deposit

Very bad service, refused to take the car 5 minutes late (7:05 pm) probably because he would have to park the car over night. Gave out brand new car out of fuel (18 km left) and no refund for the extra fuel when delivered back (225km remaining). Lazy and unpleasant guy, why do the company front with this person-100dreds of nice people who could replace him.

I booked a car for two days and signed the contract. But when it was time to get the car he simply said that unfortunately there was no car available (??). Good that I didn't pay the deposit. Other people got the same treatment

Do NOT rent with this guy. He tried several times to trick me as a renter and succeed with one of the things. Even though I told him that he wrote the wrong return time on the contract and he said he would fix it, he didn't. And he just hang up on me when I called. He just added the damages on the car on the contract after I pointed them out. Do not rent with this guy. He will just make you angry on your holiday :(

If there was an option to give a zero star this is what this company would receive. I booked to have a car hired out two days before pick up, I was giving a receipt as proof of booking. Today I went to collect the car with my partner and two kids, upon arrival we were told the car we had booked to hire out was hired out to someone else. We were informed there was no other car for us to hire out. Our plans for today was ruined by a very rude employee who informed us that leaving a bad review on the website does not matter "As we are in Spain" We were not the only people to be let down today by this company unfortunately as there was lots of other people who was also in a similar situation to us. Very unprofessional and unorganised company I would strongly advise to stay clear from this place. On a positive note if you are looking to hire out a more up to date car for a fraction of the price go on Skyscanner. We booked with Sixt and they were very professional and everything was straight forward with the booking. We collected the car from the airport

Hired a car for 1+1 day. Good service, no problems. Good english. All worked out fine. Prices on the sign outside not the actual prices (old sign) but guess that's standard in the car rental buisness. Good price anyway and seats for the children for free.

We hired a car hire whilst staying at Orquidea Hotel - the guy was very friendly, good English and had a car ready for us straight away. No problems handing back and just had to leave same amount of petrol in as we started.
