Muy mala experiencia con este servicio en este lugar. Reservamos un coche y nuestro coche fue dado a otra persona, sin razon. Nos dijeron que el otro coche no era un automatico para nosotros..... No aconsejo coger un coche aqui.

Denuncia la politica para que los demas tengan cuidado. No soy de quejarme ni menos poner malas resenas pero tengo que denunciar por lo inaceptables que son. Alquile un coche en agosto. Al recuperarlo, me denegaron la entrega ya que no aceptan un papel de la DGT que valida que el carne esta en vigor. Cuando se caduca un carne de conducir, y lo renuevas, te dan un papel para poder conducir ya que tardan hasta 4 meses en enviarte el nuevo por correo. El agente me dijo que la politica de empresa no acepta este tipo de justificante y que podia solicitar reembolso a una direccion email. Cosa que hice al instante. Tras no recibir respuesta decidi llamar. Me dijeron que no me iban a devolver el dinero, que asi es la politica de empresa y punto final. Ni siquiera me ofrecieron un bono. Nada, prefieren perder un cliente. Que conste que el coche no estaba listo cuando fui y en ningun caso he penalizado el negocio de rental plus. Ningun prejuicio para rental plus , prejuicio 100 % al cliente : yo Espero respuestas , de lo contrario mandare una denuncia. Ya nos es por el dinero es para que cambien la politica y no abusen de mas cliente. Basta ya de empresas y mentalidades abusivas. Un saludo Adrian Martinez

I made reservation for Nissan Qashqai. At the place I got MG ZS, That was first surprise, MG has so weak engine, it was not comfortable to drive outside the town, not enough power to keep the speed even on small uphill. As I well know, Nissan has around 50 HP more in base engine version. Second surprise was deposit 500EUR when I bought maximum insurance. There was no information about it. I wanted to go abroad for 1 day but I had to pay for all days. Answering to emails after few days it's not the service level I got use to it. I had problem to communicate in English, person at that office doesn't speak English.

Pues todo muy bien. Alquile un Corsa durante tres dias y con el coche todo bien. En tienda me atendio Marco y muy bien con el. Por poner un pero, que me dieran el deposito sin llenar y tuviese que calcular a la vuelta la gasolina a echar. Pero vaya, repetiria con ellos.

Fatal. Estoy habituada a alquilar coches y nunca me habian dado tan mal servicio. Dos dias antes de Semana Santa me puse en contacto con la compania por telefono para asegurarme que tendrian abierto el Jueves Santo. El chico que me atendio me insistio en que pagara la reserva por adelantado para asegurarme el coche y que me atendieran con rapidez. Yo habia alquilado el coche a las 12. Llegue diez minutos tarde porque me perdi por el poligono y se me adelanto una pareja. Tardaron casi una hora en atenderme. Les dije repetidamente que tenia una comida reservada a dos horas de camino con toda la familia y no llegaria a tiempo. El unico chico que atendia el renting estuvo tres cuartos de hora con esa SOLA pareja. Mientras, habia 10 trabajadores mas alrededor mio sin nada que hacer que intentaban uno por uno venderme coches de ocasion. ?Y no podian atenderme con el renting? "It's not my job" Eran las 13 h cuando por fin me atendio. Me pide la documentacion, perdido entre montanas de carpetas en las que no encontraba el manual, y lo primero que me dice, con tonito, es que en octubre me caducaba el carnet (estabamos en marzo!?). Y?? Ok, gracias, pasemos pagina. El chico no tenia ni idea de lo que habia alquilado, porque me ofrecia un coche automatico cuando lo habia pedido manual, a pesar de haber pagado y reservado con antelacion. Me dice que solo hay un Skoda en todo el concesionario (yo habia reservado un Nissan) que es el unico que tienen y es el que me van a dar. Yo habia reservado el coche con seguro basico (0 euros). Me dice que tengo que pagar 1.000 euros ??????? de cargo por adelantado (por dos dias de alquiler) y que si no, tengo que pagar 40 euros de seguro (20X2 dias). Les dije que no tenia 1000 euros en la cuenta, que nadie me habia advertido de esto al pagar, y que mi presupuesto era cerrado. No podia pagar 40 euros mas. Le digo que las condiciones no son las pactadas, que como me van a bloquear 1.000 euros por adelantado -por un alquiler de 122 euros???- (vease foto adjunta) y que anulemos el servicio. Yo tengo coche pero preferia ir con uno nuevo alquilado por mayor comodidad para mi familia en un viaje largo. Pero si las condiciones eran peores que ir con mi coche, no ganaba nada. Me dice: "Usted misma, que no le pase nada...". Aqui estoy, he sobrevivido para hacer esta resena. Me dicen que no me van a devolver el dinero (recuerdo que fueron ellos los que me dijeron que pagara por adelantado para facilitar el servicio; entiendo que era para facilitarselo a ellos). El servicio no se llego a realizar. He solicitado la devolucion del dinero y no lo han hecho. Son unos ladrones y estafadores. Update: 21/04/2024 PD: A la respuesta del CM os dire que escribi al mail que me puso publicamente la persona que respondio, y no solo no me han devuelto el dinero todavia, sino que ni siquiera me han respondido al mail. No os creais que por dar una respuesta a una resena publica solucionais el problema. Solucionadlo de forma profesional, devolviendo el dinero por un servicio que nunca se dio. Vaya mafia. Update Junio 2024 Gracias al servicio juridico de mi banco, que les hizo la reclamacion, he podido recuperar el dinero. Por suerte, habia pagado con VISA y prestan este servicio. A mi sola ni me respondieron. Haced valer vuestros derechos.

AND?? Ok, thanks, let's turn the page. The guy had no idea what he had rented, because he offered me an automatic car when I had asked for a manual one, despite having paid and reserved in advance. He tells me that there is only one Skoda in the entire dealership (I had reserved a Nissan) which is the only one they have and it is the one they are going to give me. I had reserved the car with basic insurance (0 euros). It tells me that I have to pay 1,000 euros ??????? of advance charge (for two days of rental) and that if not, I have to pay 40 euros for insurance (20X2 days). I told them that I did not have 1000 euros in the account, that no one had warned me about this when paying, and that my budget was closed. I couldn't pay 40 euros more. I tell him that the conditions are not those agreed upon, that how are they going to block me 1,000 euros in advance - for a rent of 122 euros??? - (see attached photo) and that we cancel the service. I have a car but I preferred to go with a new rented one for greater comfort for my family on a long trip. But if the conditions were worse than going with my car, I didn't win anything. He tells me: "You yourself, don't let anything happen to you...". Here I am, I have survived to do this review. They tell me that they are not going to refund my money (I remember that they were the ones who told me to pay in advance to facilitate the service; I understand that it was to facilitate it for them). The service was not carried out. I have requested a refund of the money and they have not done so. They are thieves and scammers. Update: 04/21/2024 PS: In response to the CM's response, I will tell you that I wrote to the email that the person who responded publicly gave me, and not only have they not returned my money yet, but they have not even responded to my email. Don't think that by giving a response to a public review you solve the problem. Solve it professionally, returning the money for a service that was never provided. What a mafia. Update June 2024 Thanks to the legal service of my bank, which made the claim, I was able to recover the money. Luckily, I had paid with VISA and they provide this service. MENTIROSOS m habian puesto un mail ese mismo dia a las 11:50 k no tenian coches osea solo 10 minutos antes de mi entrega, no m dieron ninguna explicacion solo k esto era cosa de la central de Madrid y m echaron de muy malas maneras cuando yo estaba en ese momento pasandolo mal xk iba a llegar muy tarde al evento y a pocas horas del cierre de otros concesionarios k X cierto era fin de semana y no habia coches libres, total no lo recomiendo para nada!!!!!!! Y ademas me devolvieron mi dinero despues de mas de 18 dias pasados!!! Unos sinverguenzas xk yo inverti en dos coches al final para poder llegar a mi destino y X lo menos lo minimo k tenian k hacer ya k lo culpa es de ellos hacerte la devolucion al instate Total la peor experiencia k e tenido en coches de alquiler.
