Brillan por ausencia de profesionalidad. Me hacen la entrega de noche en la puerta de mi casa, sin firmar contrato alguno. Con lo que implica llevarme el vehiculo sin contrato. Hasta ahi pense que buen servicio y que comodidad. Cabe decir, que en la oficina en una de las visitas previas al dia del alquiler me dice el companero que que lastima que justo se acaba de ir la chica con la furgoneta que me alquilan y es la que usa ella habitualmente. La entrega me la hace esa misma chica y solo comenta que hay una mancha de aceite de soja que se le ha caido a ella. Solo me da documentacion del vehiculo y el seguro y me dice que cualquier cosa le escriba al whatsapp, cosa que pasado el fin de semana, el lunes, me dice ahora estaba mirando si me habias enviado algo (suerte la mia que no paso nada porque si llega a pasar hasta el lunes no lo ve). Mi sorpresa llega en la devolucion. La misma persona que me lo entrega se va directa al paso de rueda trasero y me dice que hay un bollo que ni se ve (tenemos foto en la que apenas se aprecia nada) y me acusa de haber fumado en el vehiculo (NO se ha fumado, y tampoco se nos dijo que se podia hacer y que no, y sin el contrato donde pone las condiciones de uso) y haber transportado perros (no tenemos animales), solo se transporto comida para un cumpleanos y poniendo cajas de carton para no manchar. En la devolucion se me hace entrega del contrato con el kilometraje modificado a boli. Desde diciembre les hemos estado reclamando las fotos del antes del vehiculo para verificar si el bollo, que no se ve apenas, era anterior o no y no nos las quieren hacer llegar. Lamentablemente la reparacion del bollo se me ha descontado de la fianza (sin demostrar que eso no estaba de antes) y por falta de tiempo de ellos no me han devuelto el sobrante de mi fianza depositada en diciembre hasta un mes casi mas tarde.

Lo encontre por internet iberfurgo de badalona ya que queria alquilar una crafter para un asunto personal y la verdad que me ha sorprendido el trato excepcional. Correctos y amables y la verdad que da gusto alquilar algo asi. Tienes el wasap para cualquier duda o problema que tengas con la furgoneta tambien. Sin duda si un dia vuelvo a necesitar un alquiler ire a ellos. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
