This one has been our best experience so far renting a car. When we arrived, all cars were quite small so the agent offered us a smaller car that we used to get to another enterprise office to pick up a bigger one. She was really helpful and eager to help which is priceless. This, coming from Europcar where they refused us a car for a reason unknown, where the agent didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you Uma!

Like earlier reviews, we have also been scammed. We booked a BMW. When we arrived he said there weren't any available but provided us with a Kia and offered EUR100 in return. It has been two weeks of chasing and no response for our EUR200deposit and the EUR100 return. We have filed a complaint with Consumer Administration hoja de reclamacion. also ignore when they provide a link to the site. It doesn't work if you try to visit it. We've done another call today and conveniently they're blaming their sales staff and said he's left so can't help us. So - money down the drain. You'll hear from our lawyers.

l rented a car on their website and they message me the day after through whatsapp (not even an email so there is real trace of their mistake) just to tell me they don't have the car l rented nor another one to amend their unprofessionalism, instead they tell me that l will receive a refund next tuesday (that was a friday) and today is friday again and l have no refund made. l talked to them via whatsapp and even send a complaint to the central and still nothing. They did not offer me a further remuneration for their lack of professionalism or even showed any kind of remorse for basically ruining my plans for the weekend. l ended up paying three times the original amount at sixt for a mistake made by enterprise, but what l find unacceptable is that is been a week since the incident and there is no signs of enterprise solving the refund issue, not even an email stating that there is a refund in the way or anything like that. l talked to Gustavo and ask to please send me an email at least stating the refund is on the way but it seems they do not do that so there is no proof of their incompetence and more to a client like me that has been using the service for so many years but this was the last one that they do to me as it is the 5th time that they don't have the car or a solution that won't involve me losing my precious time and money getting another car with them or without them like in my last booking. Do not trust Enterprise.es page if you have something serious to do that involves your work or pre-planned arrangements because they won't care for your plans. l hope that the company can read this comment and solve my refund issue as soon as today, Friday 28th of June if enterprise wants this comment to change in any way or l will also take legal actions against this company as this is inadmissible from such a big company that l have been a loyalty customer for more than a decade!!! l need my deposit back ASAP.

Rented a car here the day before NYE, they were very busy but managed to get me the appropriate vehicle in time (even though the website was not completely up to date). Used a great car (a new Peugeot 3008). Staff were friendly and organised.

Total waste of time booked on line get there no cars available don't go there give it a miss try else where

The service was excellent. The car was nice. No surprises. The customer service spoke perfect English.
