I rent Linea Directa a vehicle in Maia (Porto) for our transfer, due to my vehicle breaking down, they have charged me three times the same charge of EUR2.15, on different dates, on 11/5/24 a charge with invoice 2, EUR15, day 11/11/24 two charges of 2.15, without invoices. Atencion inmejorable, suelo alquilar turismos por viajes a formaciones de mi empresa y aunque tenemos opcion de hacerlo en varias empresa siempre lo hago con ellos por cercania a mi domicilio y por la atencion que recibo. Sin duda un 10 para el personal de la oficina.
Unbeatable service, I usually rent cars for trips to my company's training sessions and although we have the option of doing so in several companies, I always do it with them due to their proximity to my home and the attention I receive. Without a doubt a 10 for the office staff.
Tenia una reserva a la 1pm y la oficina estaba cerrada. Llame 15min antes varias veces y nadie cogia el telefono. A la 1pm estaba alli y cerrada. No he podido coger el coche de rserva y fin de semana cancelado por culpa de estos ineptos. Cuando llame al telefono que tienen en una hoja de papel pegada en la ventana, la persona se puso a vacilar con una falta de respeto tremenda. Vaya falta de profesionalidad
I had a reservation at 1pm and the office was closed. I called 15 minutes before several times and no one picked up the phone. At 1pm it was there and closed. I have not been able to take the reserve car and the weekend has been canceled because of these inept people. When I called the phone they have on a sheet of paper taped to the window, the person started to hesitate with tremendous disrespect. What a lack of professionalism
Europcar Badajoz, your service was nothing short of abysmal and downright infuriating. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for customer care. After a dangerous tire blowout on my rental car, I was instructed by Europcar's customer service to drive to Badajoz for a replacement vehicle. When I arrived, your staff rudely informed me that they couldn't help because the car had Portuguese plates. This was after I had already been sent on a wild goose chase, wasting hours of my time. Your team's complete lack of communication and coordination was staggering. But the nightmare didn't end there. After finally being forced to clean the original vehicle myself--following an exhausting day of being bounced between locations--I was given a filthy replacement car that was already damaged. I documented the damage with photos and videos, yet Europcar still had the gall to charge me over EUR290 for a broken boot shelf! The staff at Europcar Badajoz showed zero empathy, offered no assistance, and treated me as if I was the problem. Their rude and dismissive behavior, combined with Europcar's greedy and unethical practices, made this the worst rental experience I've ever had. Avoid Europcar Badajoz at all costs. They have no respect for their customers and will leave you frustrated, cheated, and without any support. I will never use Europcar again and strongly advise others to do the same.
Volveria a repetir. Facilidad en recogida , entrega, buen coche , limpieza absoluta. Importante, economico. Si por poner alguna pega , que eso ya creo que no corre a cuenta de ellos. Tardan mucho en devolver la fianza. Por el resto un 9,8.
I would repeat again. Ease of pickup, delivery, good car, absolute cleanliness. Important, economical. If there is something wrong, I already think that it is not their responsibility. They take a long time to return the deposit. For the rest a 9.8.
