Hemos alquilado un coche durante 27 dias. Fuimos sin reserva y la atencion por parte de Maria fue genial, nos dieron un coche muy nuevo, muy buen precio y tanto en la recogida como en la entrega todo muy profesional y muy amables. Recomendables
We have rented a car for 27 days. We went without a reservation and the attention from Maria was great, they gave us a very new car, a very good price and both in the pick-up and in the delivery everything was very professional and very friendly. Recommended
Llevo 4 dias llamando por telefono y no lo cogen nunca. El pasado sabado entregue un coche y siguen sin liberar mi fianza de 200 euros cuando se supone que he llamado a atencion al cliente y me han confirmado que la fianza ha sido liberada cuando confirmaron la recepcion del vehiculo (que fue el pasado domingo 22 de septiembre de 2024). Como no liberen mi dinero en los proximos dias tendre que escalar mis reclamaciones a otro nivel.
I've been calling for 4 days and they never pick up. Last Saturday I delivered a car and they still have not released my deposit of 200 euros when I am supposed to have called customer service and they confirmed that the deposit has been released when they confirmed receipt of the vehicle (which was last Sunday, September 22 2024). If they do not release my money in the next few days I will have to escalate my claims to another level.
NADA RECOMENDABLE. Pesimo servicio: 1. Alquilamos una furgoneta a las 10 de la manana en Badajoz y cuando fuimos nos dijeron que la furgoneta no estaria hasta las 11 porque venia desde Merida. SIN AVISAR. 2. Llegamos a las 11 y pico y la oficina estaba cerrada. Habia un cartel que ponia venimos en 5 minutos. Tras pasados 15 minutos llamo y me dicen que en 5 minutos llegan... los 5 minutos fueron 10 o mas... una furgoneta que habia alquilado a las 10 y que ya habian cobrado la recibimos a las 12. 3. Para colmo, llevamos una semana desde que alquilamos la furgoneta y seguimos SIN recibir la fianza de 400 euros. Llevo llamando dos dias seguidos un par de veces y no cogen el telefono. INACEPTABLE.
NOTHING RECOMMENDED. Terrible service: 1. We rented a van at 10 in the morning in Badajoz and when we went they told us that the van would not be there until 11 because it was coming from Merida. WITHOUT WARNING. 2. We arrived at 11 or so and the office was closed. There was a sign that said we will be coming in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I call and they tell me that they will arrive in 5 minutes... the 5 minutes were 10 or more... a van that I had rented at 10 and that they had already charged for, we received at 12. 3. To make matters worse, we have been renting the van for a week and we still have NOT received the 400 euro deposit. I've been calling a couple of times for two days in a row and they don't pick up the phone. UNACCEPTABLE.
Un servicio genial. Alquilamos coche de ultima hora para dejar Madrid-Badajoz. El coche era nuevo, estaba en perfectas condiciones y funciono a la perfeccion. Todo el equipo nos ayudo. Recomendable en todos los sentidos

Todo fue bien, alquile una furgoneta, iba asustado por las valoraciones que habia leido. Pero todo salio genial, no tuve problemas. Lo que si que deberia de cambiar y por eso doy solo 4 estrellas es las explicaciones al principio del alquiler. El chaval que me atendio no explico nada... va a tiro hecho, y no deberia ser asi, hay gente que alquila por primera vez. La atencion al cliente deberia mejor en ese aspecto. Tambien no me pudieron mandar la factura por el alquiler. Tengo aun que contactar con ellos para que me la manden... y no deberia ser asi... deberian habermela hecho y mandado en el mismo instante y no que se crearon problemas... Por lo demas perfecto. Calidad precio buena.
Everything went well, I rented a van, I was scared by the reviews I had read. But everything went great, I had no problems. What should change and that is why I only give 4 stars is the explanations at the beginning of the rental. The guy who helped me didn't explain anything... he's a no-brainer, and it shouldn't be like that, there are people who rent for the first time. Customer service should be better in that regard. They also couldn't send me the invoice for the rent. I still have to contact them to send it to me... and it shouldn't be like that... they should have made it and sent it to me at the same moment and not created problems... Otherwise perfect. Good price quality.
Dropped off a car here that I rented in Algeciras. Veronica was friendly and helpful. Dropping off the car was quick, easy, and Veronica even called a cab for me.
