Hace un mes que alquile un vehiculo con Avis y aun sigo esperando la devolucion de la fianza que no es poca los llamas para que te informen y no saben no contestan y luego van de serios menudos sin verguenzas

Revisa con detalle el contrato, te dicen:" Te damos un vehiculo de categoria superior" que tu no has solicitado y supones que es cuestion de disponibilidad que NO LLEVA NINGUN COSTE = ERROR Revisa el contrato porque Si lo lleva. Puesto en contacto con la oficina; que si es la categoria que tocaba, que si lo reclamas te lo devolvemos. RESULTADO "Coste adicional solicitado por el cliente" con mi firma al lado GRACIAS por un GRAN SERVICIO (ironia modo ON)

Solicite un alquiler por internet y me lo rechazaron, a pesar de lo cual mantuvieron retenido el dinero durante dos meses. Llame para solicitar la devolucion y me dijeron que era normal, cuando ni siquiera tenian en flota el vehiculo solicitado. Primero, no entiendo que ofrezcan vehiculos que no tienen, y segundo, que si te rechazan el alquiler no devuelvan el dinero inmediatamente. Si ya actuan asi de primeras, no quiero pensar como debe ser tener un problema con ellos...

Alquilamos un coche, para el que no me aseguraban tener la silla adecuada para la edad del bebe. Tuve que comprar una silla de segunda mano que despues les deje cuando me recogieron el coche y encima por estar una ralla por debajo del deposito completo me cobraron 50 EUR. Me parece un abuso. Cobrar un deposito completo cuando esta casi completo y les he dejado una silla de contra marcha giratoria con isofix.
We rented a car, for which they did not assure me that I had the appropriate seat for the baby's age. Sao 3:55 da manha e ninguem seja da Avis Badajoz seja da Avis Madrid me dao uma informacao de onde colocar as chaves das viaturas de aluguer. A oficina da Avis Badajoz encontra se dentro de um centro comercial (Conquistadores) sem caixa de correio para o exterior. E impressionante como me dizem que o carro pode ser deixado em qualquer hora e depois de 400km nao ter sitio onde deixar as chaves. Inadmissivel! Son las 3:55 a.m. y nadie de Avis Badajoz o Avis Madrid, me dan informacion sobre donde poner las llaves de los coches de alquiler. El taller de Avis Badajoz se encuentra dentro de un centro comercial (Conquistadores) sin buzon en el exterior. Es increible como me dicen que el coche se puede dejar en cualquier momento y despues de 400 km no hay donde dejar las llaves. !Inadmisible!

La atencion en el punto es correcta y el vehiculo que nos alquilaron (un opel corsa) era ligeramente superior al que habiamos contratado ya que nos informaron de que no tenian stock del contratado. El vehiculo nuevo y bien cuidado pero nos lo entregaron sucio tanto interior como exteriormente. La suciedad exterior no supuso problema ya que era claramente producida por mosquitos y demas insectos tras algun viaje que debieron hacer los clientes anteriores, si bien tampoco es un detalle agradable que te entreguen asi el coche. El problema vino de la suciedad interior, ya que la misma era principalmente pelos de perro o gato que ademas de suponer una molestia en nuestro caso es un problema anadido dada la alergia a estos que nos supuso un viaje de ida bastante desagradable hasta que llegamos a la farmacia y poder comprar antihistaminicos. Al entregar el vehiculo lo comentamos y nos pidieron disculpas.

When we delivered the vehicle we discussed it and they apologized to us.
