ENGANO, NO ALQUILES!!! , Contrate un skoda kodiak por la web, a los pocos dias me llaman para cambiarlo por otro modelo similar y finalmente me dan (sin capacidad de reaccion, pues era el dia previo a viajar) un skoda karok, mas pequeno, para un viaje de 9 horas de 5 personas. Llamo para reclamar y si, muy buenas palabras pero no dan solucion, finalmente una "compensacion" de la diferencia de la gama contratada a una inferior (con lo cual ya admiten la trampa y tengo pruebas del documento de alquiler y mails) por cerca de 50EUR, lamentable...
DECEPTION, DO NOT RENT!!! I hired a skoda kodiak on the web, a few days later they called me to exchange it for another similar model and finally they gave me (without the ability to react, since it was the day before traveling) a smaller skoda karok, for a trip of 9 hours of 5 people. I call to complain and yes, very good words but they do not provide a solution, finally a "compensation" of the difference from the contracted range to a lower one (with which they already admit the cheating and I have proof of the rental document and emails) for about EUR50, unfortunate...

Solo tengo cosas buenas que decir! Nos atendio Fernando y en la entrega del coche nos aconsejo donde comer, que hacer, visitar... Nos hizo sentir como en casa. El servicio inmejorable, el coche casi nuevo, con poquitos kilometros,limpio, muy bien cuidado...

Hace unos dias alquile un seat ibiza con ellos y he de reconocer que estaba impecable. El servicio ha sido muy amable, y alquilando por la web consegui un gran descuento. Experiencia recomendable.
