The woman at the counter decided to give away my car that I rented months ago because I was a bit late. They pointed to some obscure language that they had the right to do so, and ran out of cars to rent. Would never recommend using this rental office.

Son unos impresentables a 2 horas de recoger el coche que tenia reservado desde hace 3 meses me llaman para decir que mi reserva se anula por falta de coche, y sin dar ninguna opcion a nada solo que lo sienten y suerte para intentar buscar otro con otra compania

It is by far the worst experience possible...horrible staff....I had to get a replacement car as my car broke....drove 1hr there and waited 5 hrs for nothing...they complicated my life in every single way they could even do we were talking about a replacement car provided by the insurance company....Maria the manager at that place is an arrogant unfriendly person...her sole purpose is to make your life miserable....stay away from enterprise

From my experience I can not give less than 5 stars, the staff was very profesional and friendly , the car was brand new ( if I remember corectly 5000 km ) the hygiene in the car remarkable, the contract was simple to do , nothing complicated. Overall , a great experience which I will be happy to do it again next time I visit Spain!

In Aviles they did not have cars free of the features we needed, and we went to Gijon, and they gave us the option of leaving it in Aviles. Very easy for the customer. We will return and we will count on them again. They are the best Both Alba and Ana are super nice and very good people, just like the boy from Gijon. We have nothing bad to say.

The car was clean and in very good condition but we lost 2 hours to collect it we had booked via Booking and despite the help of the online advisors, Enterprise did not agree on the rates linked to the age of the driver (young). We therefore had to pay 99 instead of 20 (price indicated by Booking) and request a refund from the site at the end of our stay. Too bad not to respect the conditions negotiated with the site

Everything was supposed to go well. But an imbroglio between booking and business made this simple car rental a hellish start. We wasted 2 hours negotiating with the local agency so as not to have to pay 100 euros more, absolutely not mentioned during our reservation. After 2 hours of verbal combat we had to throw in the towel and file a complaint with booking, understanding that if we didnt want to spend the week there we would have to give in... The vehicle was good to say the least and met our expectations.

They gave us the car 40 minutes after the scheduled time, so we had to cancel a group activity with its corresponding additional charge.
