NADA RECOMENDABLE te entregan un vehiculo con una averia del alquiler anterior y que previamente han borrado, y sorpresa...se te averia a ti recien iniciadas las vacaciones, nefasta atencion por parte de la responsable que no tiene ni idea de gestionar incidencias de este tipo, despues de muchos alquileres de autocaravanas puedo decir que esta empresa es la peor de Madrid

"Experiencia desastrosa con autocaravan" Alquilamos una autocaravana con muchas expectativas, pero la realidad fue muy decepcionante. El vehiculo estaba en pesimas condiciones: luces fundidas, nevera que no enfriaba y una bateria que se agotaba constantemente. Tuvimos que pasar varios dias de nuestras vacaciones a oscuras y tratando de solucionar estos problemas en lugar de disfrutar del viaje. El servicio de atencion al cliente fue igualmente decepcionante, ya que no ofrecieron ninguna solucion efectiva ni mostraron empatia en resolver la situacion. No recomiendo esta empresa a nadie. * Desde el primer momento, notamos que la autocaravana tenia problemas. Las luces interiores no funcionaban y la bateria se agotaba cada noche, dejandonos sin electricidad. Contactamos con Laura en varias ocasiones, pero solo nos ofrecia soluciones temporales y poco practicas. Nuestra experiencia fue tan frustrante que arruino por completo nuestras vacaciones.
"Disastrous experience with a motorhome" We rented a motorhome with high expectations, but the reality was very disappointing. The vehicle was in terrible condition: lights out, a refrigerator that didn't cool, and a battery that was constantly dying. We had to spend several days of our vacation in the dark and trying to solve these problems instead of enjoying the trip. The customer service was equally disappointing, as they did not offer any effective solutions or show empathy in resolving the situation. I do not recommend this company to anyone. * From the first moment, we noticed that the motorhome had problems. The interior lights did not work and the battery died every night, leaving us without electricity. We contacted Laura on several occasions, but she only offered us temporary and impractical solutions. Our experience was so frustrating that it completely ruined our vacation.

Una gran experiencia! Somos una pareja con dos ninas pequenas y reservamos por casualidad con Arroyocaravan durante 10 dias, pero repetiremos seguro. La autocaravana nueva, muy completa y equipada que nos facilito el viaje, sin darnos ningun problema. Se agradece que aunque tiene condiciones generales y logicas para el alquiler, Laura nos facilito mucho la recogida y la devolucion y muy atenta durante el alquiler. Lo dicho repetiremos.
A great experience! We are a couple with two little girls and we booked by chance with Arroyocaravan for 10 days, but we will definitely repeat. The new motorhome, very complete and equipped, made the trip easier for us, without giving us any problems. We appreciate that although she has general and logical conditions for the rental, Laura made the pick-up and drop-off very easy for us and was very attentive during the rental. Cuatro dias fantasticos. La autocaravana con unas calidades excelentes y como nueva. Hemos tenido calor, lluvia, frio, nieve ... y todo ha ido como la seda. Recomendado 100% ... si buscas una buena experiencia, !Arroyocaravan es perfecto!

Nuestro primer viaje independiente en Autocaravana con prediccion de semana de lluvias y al final casi que echamos de menos una jornada de agua para habernos quedado dentro de este pedazo de autocaravana. Todo un lujo hemos tenido en lugares que sin haberlo planeado, nos ha salido de cine. Repetimos seguro

Hicimos un viaje hace un par de semanas y todo perfecto. La autocaravana esta completamente nueva y es muy comoda de conducir. Todo el trato con ellos muy bueno, solucionandonos todas las dudas.
We took a trip a couple of weeks ago and everything was perfect. The motorhome is completely new and is very comfortable to drive. All the dealings with them were very good, solving all our doubts.
