I've had more then 40 rentals with pluscar in all islands (most of them in Tenerife). After the reservation they informed me that the smaller car is not available and asked me to confirm Vw Polo for a slightly higher price. At arrival they gave me a smaller car, Citroen C3 with nearly 75k km. Polo is obviously bigger and better car. I hate french cars. In general pluscar is a good company, but I don't like first french cars and secondly when people lie. It's the first negative experience, my main problem is that I hate french cars.

Whenever we visit the canaries we alway use pluscar, they dont want massive deposit in fact PS0 We ordered a smart car which we received 1 day after been here we noticed a whistling turns out the windscreen was not sealed, took it to head office they exchanged car no questions with Renault captur petrol/hybrid. So all the people that do have issues jist go to head office they will sort it out. We will continue to use plus car we just wish you were in portugal. Thanks again

Always use Plus Car when visiting Lanzarote, at least twice a year. Never had an issue. Have reserved a Renault Clio Hybrid Automatic the last few visits and they have been spot on.

Very good experience, we picked up the car at 12 in the morning without problem and without leaving any type of deposit, a new car in perfect condition and a more than competitive price. The only thing is that it was difficult for us to find the location at the airport, but we called and they told us without a problem. If I return to Lanzarote I would choose them again.

This year we made a mistake and received a two-seater upon arrival instead of a Renault Kangoo Family. Without any major problems, we were provided with a suitable replacement vehicle on the first working day of arrival after negotiations. Whenever we travel to the islands we rent a car with them and it was very good. They have very competitive prices that include comprehensive insurance without excess. This last time what we did not like is that they boast of having definitive prices, without surprises and that was not the case. When we made the reservation they confirmed a price and on the same day, a few hours before arriving, they told us that they would charge us +20 per night... Isnt this a surprise? And if I dont agree, what room for maneuver do they give notice? It is still an acceptable price but it generates a lot of distrust that they can do the same in the event of an unforeseen event, accident or anything...

I read rather negative reviews about this rental company. But it was the only parking lot where I could park my car (Ive had my drivers license for 1.5 years). However, after my experience, I have to say that this was one of the best rental companies I have ever been to. Nice staff, ready an hour earlier with our car. The price for the automatic Polo is even better than the Cicar. We were also pleased with the USB-C charger. The car had some scratches, but it was reliable. We enjoyed the whole trip only thanks to the car from PlusCar. I highly recommend. Thank you

Best car hire in Lanzarote. No messing with additional insurance, just one set price. We have hired from pluscar at least once per year, every year for over 10 years and never encountered any problems. So the cars arent brand new and sometimes show some minor damage, at least if you have a bit of a scrape in it, no one is going to chase you off the island to fix it! For this reason the cost is massively cheaper than the alternative hire companies.

We have had a problem with the gasoline indicator and even justifying the problem and showing that we had refilled twice to meet the 1/4 of the tank that they require in return, they have told us that they do not understand that the car is new. The Renault Clio has been left with more than half a full tank (approx. 340 km) when they left it with 160 km. An extra 10 will result in a negative score.

Local and professional rental in the Canary Islands In July 2022, it was our third rental on the islands with the guys from Plus Car. We had booked a Mercedes C300 cabrio, which was delivered impeccably. Its a shame that during the first day we detected a fault in the roof system. They had not been able to repair it and it had passed. They urged us to go to their office in Playa Honda the next day. They assisted us quickly and in a very efficient manner, proposing to change to a car from the same range, Audi A5 cabrio, and even newer, it was only 3 months old. The only drawback was that it would take an hour, but they even offered us a car for that time, which we declined since we took a walk on the beach. They complied and changed our car in an hour, with a full tank. This year, we are returning in August and we have already made a reservation with them for months.

I have been a Pluscar customer for a long time now. So far I have rented the vehicles on Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura. This time in Lanzarote. I can really recommend Pluscar and not just because they are cheap. I had a C-Cross for just under 250 for 11 days. The staff are all very friendly and speak several languages. They calmly explain to you what has to be observed contractually (note: no tire insurance). The vehicles are well maintained and, if its not Calima, then theyre fresh from the car wash. Picking up and returning the vehicle is simple and uncomplicated. Tank control is full/full. Thank you very much to all Pluscar employees and Ill definitely be back next year to pick up a car.

Die Fahrzeuge sind top gepflegt und wenn nicht gerade Calima ist, dann auch frisch aus der Waschanlage. Die Fahrzeugannahme und Ruckgabe ist einfach und unkompliziert. Tankreglung ist Voll/Voll. Vielen Dank alle Mitarbeitern von Pluscar und nachstes Jahr bin ich sicher wieder bei euch und hole mir ein Auto ab.
