Excellent service. We had a great experience with the company. The guy who was working on renting a car was extremely helpful. He explained us everything about the car as well as the whole process of renting which is easy to understand. We pre booked a Fiat 500 hybrid. It was a great small car with which we visited the whole island. We are recommending Autos Cabrera Medina in Arrecife to everyone.

Rented a car for 3 days at short notice. None of the other hire car companies or even other offices of Cabrera Medina could accommodate this request, but this office could. Made the booking online the night before, turned up at 11 the next day to find the car ready and waiting, no deposit needed. Car had a little wear and tear but otherwise was great. Reasonable prices. Would definitely use again

One day we get a car for 30euros / one day, no problems.... After a few weeks we go back, we find a sign "I come back in 15 minutes", we wait 45minutes, then the old man comes and tells us if we are new clients and we want to rent a car we need to pay 300/400 euros as a deposit..... It was useless try to explain we already rented a car before... And we do speak good Spanish so I assume he understood me. Weird isn't it?

A great experience, polite, really nice, the prices 33/day, its reasonable, they were super accommodating! The man at the reception was very courteous and joking, its great! We had a little problem, forgetting the keys in the trunk with the car closed, in 30 minutes someone came to open the car for us and at no cost! They were great and if I come back to the Canaries I would definitely visit this chain again!

The gentleman who rented the car to me was really rude, he didnt explain anything to me and treated me with disdain, arrogance and with a sometimes threatening tone. He made me pay 85 euros for a car for one day, saying he didnt have any others, while the customers after me (Spanish) had other cars. He didnt give me a ticket to exit and enter the car park where the car was, to get out the car park managers had to open it for me and to return to park it I had to queue with a car in front of me or I would remain outside. Not to mention that he hadnt explained to me how to get back into the car park, it wasnt at all intuitive and I only found the entrance because I was lucky, after having done several laps anyway. When I asked him to help me look for my car, after 20 minutes of idling in the parking lot, he snorted and said a phrase in Spanish, along the lines of holy patience (yes, we Italians understand many things said in Spanish). I hope that this treatment was not due to the fact that I am Italian and I am young, or it would be truly deplorable. I absolutely do not recommend the Arrecife location, better to go either to another location or to someone else to get a car

Non mi ha dato il ticket per uscire ed entrare dal parcheggio in cui era lauto, per uscire mi hanno dovuto aprire i responsabili del parcheggio e per tornare a parcheggiarla ho dovuto accodarmi a una macchina davanti a me o rimanevo fuori. Senza contare che non mi aveva spiegato come rientrare nel parcheggio, non era per niente intuitivo e ho trovato lentrata solo perche ho avuto fortuna, dopo aver comunque fatto diversi giri. Quando ho chiesto di aiutarmi a cercare la macchina, dopo 20 minuti che giravo a vuoto nel parcheggio, ha sbuffato e ha detto una frase in spagnolo, del tipo santa pazienza (si, noi italiani capiamo molte cose dette in spagnolo). Io spero che questo trattamento non dipendesse dal fatto che sono italiana e sono giovane, o sarebbe davvero deplorevole. Non consiglio assolutamente la sede di Arrecife, meglio andare o in unaltra sede o da qualcun altro a prendere unauto

Im glad I rented a car here. Very professional and fast service! We came without a prior reservation. There was no queue, we spent 10 minutes. This is where the paperwork procedure ends . Obwohl die Ausgabe der Autos in der Regel erst spater stattfindet, hat der Vermieter sich total in Zeug gelegt und mir das Auto noch gewaschen.... die Kindersitze rein und schon konnte ich ohne Probleme starten. Fur uns ist es wichtig, dass das Auto fahrt und sicher ist, ob nun ein Kratzer oder Fleck auf dem Sitz ist, ist uns egal.....es sind Fahrzeuge die von so vielen Menschen genutzt werden, da sollte man keinen Neuwagen erwarten. The service was great, fast and efficient directly at the airport. I highly recommend going through them rather than a large chain known in France.
