Problemloses und unkompliziertes anmieten eines Rollers. Der 350er Honda ADV war genau richtig fur die Insel. Auch die Ruckabwicklung lief reibungslos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden....

Siamo capitati nel negozio di passaggio e ci hanno fatto una bella impressione, abbiamo prenotato 4 servizi.. solamente l'ingresso ai parchi e andato bene.. l'escursione con il quad non e stata come accordo (doveva essere al tramonto e invece e stato alle 14 fino alle 18.. il sole tramonta alle 21 facendo un itinerario che si poteva fare benissimo in auto e anche andando piu vicino al teide.. Escursione in barca venduta con un itinerario e una volta saliti in barca scopriamo che va da tutt'altra parte passando x il posto dove eravamo gia l'equipaggio della barca e stato super gentile e ci ha fatto divertire lo stesso.. ma 90EUR esagerati x quello che abbiamo fatto.. aspettative alte da come si sono presentati ma ci e servito da lezione.. peccato
We happened upon the shop passing through and they made a good impression on us, we booked 4 services... only the entrance to the parks went well... the excursion with the quad was not as agreed (it was supposed to be at sunset and instead it was It was from 2pm until 6pm.. the sun sets at 9pm making an itinerary that could easily be done by car and also going closer to Teide.. Boat excursion sold with an itinerary and once we get on the boat we discover that it goes in a completely different direction passing through the place where we were already the boat crew was super kind and made us have fun anyway... but EUR90 exaggerated for what we did.. high expectations from how they presented themselves but it served us as a lesson.. too bad
Rented a scooter (125cc) there. Everything went fine, but a price was a bit high (40 euros for a day) and the scooter itself was a bit old

Vi kom med korkort och erfarenhet enligt lagar och regler och hade bestallt den minsta mopeden. Val pa plats fick vi istallet en mindre motorcykel och vid uthyrningen sa ansag de att en av oss inte kan med kora den sakert. Detta genom ett "test" pa 1,5 meter dar personen skulle kora. Detta gjorde hen sakert men rakade saga att motorcykeln var storre an hon bestallt och Ri vi darfor inte hyra. Inte heller fick vi en moped sa som vi bestallde. Inte heller talade de om detta vid bokning utan vi spenderade tva timmar med att ta oss dit med taxi och sedan fylla i alla papper pa fordon som ej var vad vi bestallt. Vi kan inte och vill inte att de hyr ut fordon de inte anser kunder kunna hantera men detta slutade med en halv dag fixande med deras tjanster och slutade med att vi inte fick kora for att de inte levererade det vi bestallde. Vi fick inte ens ett "Ursakta".
We arrived with driving licenses and experience according to laws and regulations and had ordered the smallest moped. Once there, we got a smaller motorcycle instead, and when renting it, they considered that one of us can't ride it safely. This through a "test" of 1.5 meters where the person would drive. She did this safely but happened to say that the motorcycle was bigger than she ordered and we therefore did not rent it. Nor did we get a moped as we ordered. Nor did they mention this when booking, instead we spent two hours getting there by taxi and then filling out all the paperwork on vehicles that were not what we ordered. We can't and don't want them to hire out vehicles they don't think customers can handle but this ended up with half a day of fixing their services and ended up with us not being allowed to drive because they didn't deliver what we ordered. We didn't even get a "Sorry".
Second year that we've hired a scooter from these guys. Never had any problems. Good reliable bikes. Will definitely be back again
They don't look very trustworthy, after long wait the car was without child seat that was requestes so we had to cancel and look for other rental.
