Think again before renting from this company. If you add more fuel comparing to the initial level of fuel ( when you took the car ) you will never get your money back. The owner wants to rip you off, they are not interested in offering quality services they just want to rip everybody off. If you made the mistake and rent from them, do never add more fuel then you need, because you will never get your money back. The only thing they care about is how to get your money, the more money the better. I would go to CICAR instead. Their price is half and they are very fair people. Never rent from these guys. They are not correct people.

before you rent out a car from this company make sure you check the tires, we rented out a car yesterday and we haven't even drove 200meters and the tire popped and almost all of them were flat. we also left a bag in there and rang up after wards to ask if they could bring it back and they said that we would have to pay more because of the damage to the car. we ended up paying 150 euros and didn't even get the bag back.

We have used Rocauto Tenerife and have never experienced a better service before. The car was delivered at our apartment in time and was picked up at our apartment in time. An hour after the pickup they returned to our apartment to deliver a picture that we had left in the car!!!! The polite driver refused any tip whatsoever. All politeness and good service all the time, no extra charges whatsoever. Top quality. Regards Peter

Fantastic car hire company! The car was delivered on time and the guy was friendly and professional, and told me what I needed to know. It was clean and they provided a car seat (as requested). I would definitely recommend!

Having visited Tenerife for leasure, we decided to rent a car for one day to check out the rest of the island. We contacted Rocauto and were helped very fast over whatsapp and phone call. The pickup and return went very smooth, the car we received was a nice Kia vehicle with A/C, and barely any km on it. It was so nice to drive a fresh new car, it definitely made our visit to Tenerife more enjoyable. Thank you!

Pros: the car was delivered on time and it was clean. Not much paper work- 5 minutes and that was all. Cons: the car was a piece of junk. It had 12 years old tires on that was falling apart. Really risky to drive. The car vibrated att all speeds. The suspension was gone.Noisy and far away from safe. Driving it on a uneven road gave you a unforgotten experience. Car handling in the curves was really bad.Why I did't refuse to take the car ? It's a good question. The delivery guy walked away and when I noticed the car was a peace of junk I had two options: ring the company ,give the car back and try to get another one. But my holliday on the island was short and I didn't wan't to lose another day finding a new car. I'm a really experienced driver and I took a chance. The pricing was not attractive, it matched all other companies. A hint to you all- when you get your car delivered ,take a short ride with the guy who delivered the car to check if all is OK and don't forget to check the tires !!!! It is very pitty that they don't care about safety of their coustomers. Yes,I have been driving worse cars in my life but I newer hired a worse one. It seems that this company is a lottery. You might get a really good car but if you out of luck you get a piece of junk.

They promissed us a nissan, but we got an opel. The car did not sound good & was not in a perfect condition. I was disappointed .

The car was delivered to our hotel on time, but they gave us a really old and bad car. We are very dissapointed.
