Secondly, following a minor technical problem with my operation of the car, I was delighted that a new car was brought to my location very quickly. Lulu Gives the best customer care service I have ever known. I was looking for a stargazing trip at the top of Mount Teide everywhere I went to was fully booked. I walked into Lulu's office at the entrance of torres del Sol apartments in Los Cristianos. And within a few minutes and a couple of calls she arranged a trip that I was looking for The following day. Not only that I was running late for the pickup time and place and she actually took me there personally so I would not miss the trip. Unbelievable fantastic customer care. Lu Lu has been an absolutely fantastic person to deal with . We booked an apartment with her in February 2023 for October . We were over on holiday in Tenerife in July and met her . What an absolutely lovely woman . So warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us . She showed us where we would be staying in October . We had given Lu Lu a deposit for the apartment when we booked . Due to family reasons we are now unable to make the October trip . I contacted Lu Lu and explained the situation, she then returned the deposit to us . She definitely went above and beyond to sort us out . We will definitely be back in Tenerife and will be booking once again with Lu Lu . I recommend this lady and her business 100%.
