Renting a car went smoothly. We had a Renault Clio but it barely made any progress in the mountains...
Op 05-09-2024 wilden wij een Renault Clio huren. Het bedrijf gaf echter aan dat de Skoda Fabia beter zou zijn. Na een klein uur onderweg te zijn begon de auto erg te roken en reed niet meer verder. We kwamen langs een drukke snelweg te staan met de auto aan de zijkant. Wij hebben hier uiteindelijk ruim 1,5 uur in de zon moeten wachten voordat er iemand van het bedrijf kwam. Deze kwam ons een oude Renault Clio brengen als vervangend vervoer en zei vrolijk, zo nu kunnen jullie verder. Wij waren niet zo blij met de situatie en wilden graag nog even langs het kantoor bij H 10 Las Palmeras waar we de auto vandaan hadden. Echter waren die deze dag al gesloten. Op vrijdag 6 september 2024 zijn wij naar het kantoor gelopen bij Las Palmeras H 10. Echter gaven zij aan dat het heel normaal is dat een auto kapot gaat, en compensatie of iets dergelijks voor het ongemak zat er voor deze mensen niet in. Ik vind dit totaal niet service gericht. Hopelijk houdt de oude Clio die we voor vandaag en morgen nog mee hebben het wel vol..
On 05-09-2024 we wanted to rent a Renault Clio. However, the company indicated that the Skoda Fabia would be better. After about an hour of driving, the car started to smoke heavily and stopped driving. We ended up along a busy highway with the car on the side. We ended up having to wait here in the sun for more than 1.5 hours before someone from the company came. This person brought us an old Renault Clio as replacement transport and said cheerfully, now you can continue. We were not very happy with the situation and wanted to visit the office at H 10 Las Palmeras where we got the car. However, they were already closed that day. On Friday, September 6, 2024, we walked to the office at Las Palmeras H 10. However, they indicated that it is very normal for a car to break down, and compensation or something similar for the inconvenience was not possible for these people. I don't think this is service oriented at all. Hopefully the old Clio that we have with us for today and tomorrow will hold up...
Exemplary service! We rented a car for a day to explore the island. Delivered to hotel and straightforward. Unfortunately, we got a puncture on the far side of the island. The temporary repair kit seemed inadequate for the return journey over the demanding mountain roads. Green Car dispatched a team to bring us a spare vehicle and recover the one with the tyre problem. They turned a stressful situation into a minor inconvenience. No fuss, great service. Thank you
Good service with pick up at Los Cristianos and drop off at hotel. Car was a bit old but good condition and had a quality child seat as we had requested.
We rented an automatic car for 3 days while staying in H10 Las Palmeras hotel. Great service, all worked well (we booked it online few days before arriving to the hotel). There was a parking in the hotel so no stress at all. Highly recommended.
I had to cancel my trip due to COVID-19 and asked Green Car to please do so under the circumstances and two days after my petition they issued a complete REFUND! So I am a very happy customer and look forward to booking another FOX rental with them!
