The car park is worthy of attention. I'll be back.

In Gmaps the agency is shown at 800 m from my hotel but the pickup location on the website for Las Americas is at 3 km. I have booked a Mercedes for 4 days. I have asked for a pick up at my hotel : it's 20 EUR. So I haven't taken it. Used Gmap to go to the pickup location given by carzrent booking confirmation. It leads to a public car park. I have searched in the street around for the agency with no success. Finally, I have called the agency. They explained to me the way to the agency. But without telling me that it's at a different name and that carzrent is never mentioned. When I took the car they tried to make me sign a blank state of the car. The same when returning the car, no receipt. The washing liquid for the glass was missing. The tank was 1/4. Little abnormal noise with the A/C. That's why I do not recommend this agency. I have a couple of other issues but it's enough for this comment.
