They will promise you a car and then they will give you one of "the same group" which is completely different. For example they told me that the next day I will get a Audi A1 and I paid 109EUR (pretty high price for 1 day rent) +300EUR of deposit and the day after they gave me a Kia stonic telling me that they don't have the Audi A1 available. When I went to the parking guess what was in front of me a shining Audi A1 sitting there for the whole day until I came back the day after and the Audi A1 was still there. Really disappointing

We hired a car for a week from these lovely lot, and it was a straight forward no messing operation. We rang to arrange and one of their drivers was sent to pick us up from our hotel to collect the hire car. The ladies in the shop were smart and easy going... Explaining everything. We are to return back to the island soon and I will definitely be ringing or emailing these guys to make all my holiday arrangements for Transport and days out. I had an issue myself regarding the deposit left for the car, but it was a fault on my behalf, and it was explained very politely to me ... I recognised I had misunderstood and felt the person dealing with me was ever so patient... So for that I give 6 star

Wir hatten fur ein paar Tage ein Auto gemietet, Mietprozedere schnell und unkompliziert. Toll dass man das Auto im anschliessenden Parkhaus kostenlos abstellen kann. We came for a Beetle convertible, but unfortunately it was gone. We were given the option to rent a mini, but we would really prefer the Mercedes Cabrio for 15 more. This was a very nice choice! The car itself had quite a bit of damage, but that was no problem and it was really fantastic. Went to El Teide (bring a jacket!! Even during the day!! Because it was too cold for us to go up with the gondola) The route there is quite an experience with this beautiful car. Extremely well arranged at Canarias. The deposit on the credit card was back in my account the next day. Super!

De auto zelf had wel aardig wat beschadiging maar dat was geen probleem en was verder echt fantastisch. Naar El Teide geweest ( neem een jas mee!! Ook overdag!! A trustworthy car rental company, the cars are in perfect condition, we always rent at the Americas Plazas shopping center and the girls are very professional and friendly. We took a Kia xceed that Heike and Juli recommended to us with app connection and panoramic roof and we loved it. But the best of all is that we stayed in Parque Santiago 1 and in that area it is impossible to park so we were able to park every day in their parking lot at the Americas Plaza shopping center totally free, which is a great convenience and a saving of time and money like that. I recommend it 100%

I would never choose this company again. 1 hour wandering around the hotels to finally arrive late at Sean Park. They tell you to be at the hotel at 8:20 and we arrived at 10:30, 2 hours and 10 minutes for a 1-hour journey. Do not choose this option, there are others that provide much better service.
