Terrible Experience - Hidden Costs and Deceptive Practices Orlando Car Rental is a scam. When booking online, there was absolutely no mention that the car would come with an empty tank. At pick-up, we were forced to pay for a full tank of gas at double the regular price, regardless of how much we actually needed. This is outright deceptive and feels like a calculated way to rip off customers. On top of that, the insurance was double the price compared to what was advertised online. The whole experience was a bait-and-switch, leaving us feeling completely scammed. If you value transparency and fair pricing, avoid Orlando Car Rental at all costs. They prey on unsuspecting customers with hidden fees and inflated prices.

I recently reserved a car for two weeks from these wonderful people. I arrived late on my flight and they were still waiting with a minibus to take me in comfort to the site as its offsite. upon arrival, the team had stayed late to wait for me, not only was the service great and friendly, but hey even upgraded my rental for free when they realised I was there for my birthday. special mention must go to Vincente, such a friendly, funny and professional manager, thank you for everything. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely book next time I visit. special mention to Ricardo, the minibus collection driver, he was super friendly and helpful. Overall we are very happy. The car we got was very new and clean. The staff was very nice and chill. The price was unbeatable for what we got. However, the pickup at the airport is confusing as there is no sign, you just have to wait at one certain supermarket entry. Also if you have to leave with a morning flight then you won't want to book here, as the station opens at 8am and you have to take the shuttle back to the airport (10min driving time plus waiting for the next shuttle, in our case 20 minutes)

Actually a good rental company. I did not have any major issues with them. They advertised as "full to full" but I was given a "same to same" which is hassle. If I was to suggest any improvements - they should clean the car interior to a higher standard. Mine was rather dirty. I get much cleaner cars from other rental companies. Also there are long queues at the office desk each time a shuttle bus arrives from the terminal. They should get at least one more staff. Overall - decent company, no actual scams.

Easy, efficient service and nice car to use for the week. When we arrived however, it wasn't abundantly clear where we had to wait, despite it stating the screen outside of spar, we were looking for an actual screen, but a kind chap told us a representative will arrive at some point with an Orlando sign, so we stuck around and he did indeed show up. Shuttle was nice and quick, air conditioned and spacious with room for luggage at back if you need it. Car was good, few marks here and there but nothing crazy, none of these were detailed on the report form so just take loads of pictures and take pics of your fuel gauge!! It says full to full, but we had 4 bars (dropped to 3 as soon as we left the estate) and needs to be returned with the same amount of bars. I have today received my deposit back (PS602) hence leaving the review as I'm happy with the process. Just read the Ts and Cs, look after it and you'll be fine.

Very nice and friendly car rental. We booked our rental car from the internet. Everything went well. We got a shuttle between airport and car rental back and forth. Prices were good. People working there were friendly. Our car was in very good shape. One remark and room for improvement is language. Unfortunately I had problems communicating in english (or rather understanding). This is not a problem since everything anyway went well.
