Muy mal servicio y crean clausulas que no existen en la pagina de reserva, soy alemana y me pidieron un tiquete aereo de vuelta o una reserva de hotel. Les pido hoja de reclamaciones y no la dieron. No los recomiendo por nada del mundo.
