Por ser la primera vez que alquilo un vehiculo lo valoran ustedes mejor no vaya a ser que sea lo normal. La aplicacion me deja hacer una reserva el jueves, para poder recogerlo el domingo. (de lujo asi salgo el lunes de madrugada pense yo) El jueves me llaman para decirme que disculpara que la aplicacion tenia ese fallo, que lo mejor seria que fuera el viernes que intentarian no cobrarme mucho mas. Me cobraron un dia de mas, pero me mejoraron la gama del coche, hasta ahi no me puedo quejar. Ahora, no me explicaron nada del coche. Tenia dos testigos, que cada vez que encendia el vehiculo. Uno del aceite y otro de una bombilla, la bandeja del maletero inutilizable, el faldon derecho del paragolpes delantero se descolgo y tuve que parar para ver que pasaba y para colmo la rueda delantera derecha con un mordisco en el lateral que no veas (palabras textuales del que me ha atendido "si la gente no lo dice que hacemos") por supuesto el volante en cuando pasaba de 100 parecia que llevara un tractor, a la vez que se lo contaba al que me atendido, han aparecido otros clientes con un problema similar en otra rueda (coincidencia?)pues senores de Oscar, creo que no todo vale, que una rueda en muy mal estado no es un aranazo en una puerta . Les prometo que es la primera resena que hago, que la disfruten.

Pesimo trato. Para empezar no tenian el coche que habiamos reservado el dia que elegimos, nos dan otro coche el cual no habian ni preparado ni revisado, muy sucio y lleno de golpes y aranazos. A las horas nos salta la presion de los neumaticos y nos damos cuenta que la rueda esta destrozada con un agujero y con una deformacion, esa rueda podia haberse reventado en cualquier momento del viaje, no estaba apta para circular. A la hora de pedir explicaciones todos se lavan las manos y para colmo no nos han querido dar la hoja de reclamaciones, cuando es obligatorio tenerla fisicamente en tienda. Pesimo sitio, no le aconsejo este sitio a nadie que quiera tener un viaje tranquilo y seguro.
Terrible treatment. Terrible place, I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet and safe trip.
Aqui estoy esperando el coche de alquiler desde las 10 que les avise que estabamos en el punto de encuentro, nos dicen que teniamos que avisar (que avisamos a las 9:30) a las 11 nos dicen que la reserva era a las 11, y que no esta en Rivas con el coche porque esta en Arganda del Rey y tiene que ir a Vicalvaro a por el coche y volver a Rivas ... que son una sucursal que trabajan con Oscar y que ellos no tienen nada que ver ... un desastre como empieza nuestro viaje familiar... seguiremos contando nuestra experiencia Despues de 1 hora y 45 minutos de espera contactan con nosotros desde la central, ya era hora...la llamada es tildada de mediacion, como si no pudieramos estar enfadados con su incompetencia y falta de responsabilidad y no tuvieramos derecho a reclamar unos servicios pagados en el mismo momento de la reserva del vehiculo (tres semanas antes) Para comunicarnos que se cancela la reserva asi sin mas por enfadarnos y por pedir que se cumpla la parte del trato...despues de casi dos horas de espera... y para allanarnos el camino nos proponen como alternativa ir hasta Carabanchel a alquilar otro vehiculo disponible sabiendo que somos 6 personas que hemos llegado hasta alli de forma separada para recoger el vehiculo... sin posibilidad de desplazamiento... no se que pensar opinen los lectores... Llegamos al lugar del destino casi 6 horas mas tarde de lo esperado hasta que conseguimos encontrar la mejor opcion, con las consecuencias que eso conlleva con el resto de reservas asi como las psicologicas...muchas gracias Oscar alquiler estamos segur@s de que nunca te olvidaremos!! Ahora la empresa responde: Cancelamos la reserva por reiteradas faltas de respeto que no existieron, parece que no teniamos derecho a decir lo que nos parece injusto y eso es una falta de respeto...en todo caso la falta de respeto fue de la empresa y/o sucursal con la que trabajais al no tratarnos con la profesionalidad de la que presumen...Aquel dia lo que existio fue la solicitud de poder dialogar con algun responsable que pudiera explicarnos la situacion (donde estaba el vehiculo contratado a la hora pactada, de quien es la responsabilidad si no estan alli, de quien es la responsabilidad de equivocarse de cliente, o de que haya un atasco interminable, porque pospusieron la espera hasta en 4 ocasiones...) ante la imposibilidad, no sabemos porque de hablar con algun responsable, las explicaciones se las pedimos a nuestro unico contacto. Si como empresa refieren que la salud psicologica de sus trabajadores es su prioridad, no lo demostro aquel dia. Esto es un aspecto a mejorar, asi como resolver las dificultades de manera empatica, y proponer soluciones eficaces, para eso estan los responsables, para proponer acuerdos y/o compensaciones en su defecto, por no cumplir con el compromiso pactado y pagado con antelacion. Resumen: queda claro que se cancelo la reserva y que la empresa no reconoce ninguna parte de responsabilidad, y aqui aunque suene RARO en la historia los malos somos los clientes, que no llevamos la razon y faltamos al respeto, cuenten lo que quieran para lavar su imagen, pero nosotros sufrimos las consecuencias y no aceptamos la historia como la contais porque no faltamos el respeto a nadie, exigimos nuestros derechos, ustedes no cumplieron con el trato. That day what existed was the request to be able to talk to someone in charge who could explain the situation to us (where was the hired vehicle at the agreed time, who is the responsibility if they are not there, whose responsibility is it for choosing the wrong customer, or for there being an endless traffic jam, why did they postpone the wait up to 4 times...) given the impossibility, we do not know why to speak to someone in charge, we ask for explanations to our only contact. If as a company they say that the psychological health of their workers is their priority, they did not show it that day. This is an aspect to improve, as well as resolving difficulties in an empathetic manner, and proposing effective solutions, that is what those responsible are for, to propose agreements and/or compensations in their absence, for not complying with the commitment agreed upon and paid in advance. Summary: it is clear that the reservation was canceled and that the company does not recognize any responsibility, and here although it may sound STRANGE in the story, the bad ones are the customers, who are not right and are disrespectful, tell what you want to wash your image, but we suffer the consequences and we do not accept the story as you tell it because we do not disrespect anyone, we demand our rights, you did not comply with the deal. El servicio muy bueno, pero el coche que me dieron era terrible y los detalles de suciedad no se veian en las fotos. No es una agencia de alquiler de coches. Es un sitio donde se venden coches y deben de alquilar algunos coches que no se venden. El precio era barato (30% a menos que un sitio de alquier de coches normal), pero si yo supiera que era tan malo habria pagado un poco mas por algo mejor. Alquile el coche alli porque no tenia tiempo de buscar otro y estaba cerca de mi.
The service was very good, but the car they gave me was terrible and the dirt details were not visible in the photos. It is not a car rental agency. It is a place where cars are sold and they must rent some cars that are not sold. The price was cheap (30% less than a normal car rental place), but if I knew it was that bad I would have paid a little more for something better. I rented the car there because I didn't have time to look for another one and it was close to me.
Yo alquile un coche para unos dias y la experiencia fue muy buena, resultaron ser muy serios a la hora de la recogida del coche y al entregarlo me lo pusieron facil, me cogieron el tlf con facilidad. Volvere a contar con vosotros en otra ocasion. Gracias

Buenisima gestion. He necesitado alquilar coche en varias ocasiones (por motivos de viaje, por tener coche propio en taller...) y siempre han respondido con variedad de modelos. Los vehiculos en optimas condiciones. El precio medio por alquiler es increible. Lo recomiendo 100%.
